Only Paste and Pay can rectify this decision by re-adding Grand Fortune and Raging Bull Casinos. They changed their processor and they have not included Grand Fortune and Raging Bull so I will not deposit at all until they do.

I have zero way at this time to deposit at Grand Fortune and Raging Bull because the cards that are all pre-paid are now being blocked and I spent a ton of money paying for other cards as a solution and not one of them worked. I lost a ton of fees and money that I will never recover so I may just have to just stop playing online because it is a hassle now.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused with Paste and Pay. Paste and Pay did not drop us, in fact they want to continue processing for us. However, we are awaiting funds from them . Only once we have received our funds, will we continue processing through them.
We will be looking for alternative funding methods.

Good to hear that I do not have to be sworn to secrecy anymore because I was asked last week not to disclose the reason why Paste and Pay was removed. So now that everyone knows I hope you can support GFC and RBC in this effort for them to pay up so that we can continue to deposit with them.

Thank you but I was very disappointed in the omission of my birthday by Grand Fortune and Raging Bull yesterday so I emailed and got $50 for RBC but completely ignored by GFC just so you know. My day consisted of helping out women at the local Cancer Center and then rushing to get to my daughter's concert that was until late night so I was not happy considering that I thought Raging Bull's birthday bonus was $100 plus before the credit card deposit issues/Paste and Pay problems I was depositing a ton since I did go up to your RED level. Unfortunately, we don't offer the option to withdraw winnings via Bitcoin at this point of time. However, we are working on a pay to card option as we speak. I am hoping that the pay to card solution will be live by next week.
As for the fee for using bitcoin, yes there is a small fee, if I am not mistaken, it's between 1% and 2%.

Hi Lane Jones,
The code you attempted to redeem is the correct code. Did you see the coupon in the cashier?
See, the 100 free is an introductory bonus for becoming a RED BULL VIP member. Thus, it can only be claimed one. However, for some reason it is loading the bonus every month.
If you can confirm whether you see the coupon in the cashier, it will help a great deal as we can forward the info to RTG as they were not able to replicate the error.

It's not a monthly free chip, it's a once offer introductory chip and has always been this way.
However, there seems to be a problem with how the coupon fires. If you have redeemed it once before, it should not fire again. But it seems to be a problem with the "coupon set" not picking up that the bonus was already claimed, therefore firing again.
I will honor this bonus as you are a dear friend and a loyal VIP Member of Raging Bull Casino, but please take note that as of next month this bonus should note fire again.

I am starting to believe that because I get 10% cash back which was $5.10 and I make the play through, get the total way over $100 but notice the max cash is 10 times the bonus amount but the only withdrawal method is wire transfer and the minimum amount is $100 but after I enter all the appropriate information I get a notice stating that my $100 request is too low to withdraw so I play it out because it is nothing but play money. I am a patient person but I am done with all the trips to live chat with some of these Reps taking ten minutes to respond because thy just don't walk to "chat" even though I deposit a lot, email support either does not respond or when they do there is zero follow up or response to your issue or there is not a Manager in the office because it is too early and don't get me started on the bitcoin deposits fiasco because I am still waiting to be credited from Friday after either live chatting, emailing and contacting support. The disrespectful nature and nonchalant attitudes I have endured over the past month has now taken its toll because I am sick of following up and following up on something I should not have to follow up on. I am a easy going guy but this is beyond asinine and ridiculous!

Thank you Jason. It seems like the same thing with a Rep from support asking for the information and after they receive it they do mot respond. Yesterday it was Kevin not getting back to me and I think the long chat session person name was maybe Karine or something. One was so mean that she was obviously telling me to come back to try something like a bonus but it had nothing to do with a bonus and I asked her to have you email me but that never happened last week. It has been pretty bad lately to be honest.

I am a little hesitant to enter this comment but just can't help myself........
I understand this LCB forum is to enlighten and inform along with fun stuff but am wondering if some of the issues regarding support and deposit/withdrawal issues would be better served with a PM to Jason first before posting here? Perhaps if the issues are not handled appropriately after that then resort to the public forum?? I know there are some casinos that more less deserve the complaints be posted here in order to get the attention of the rep or others that may be able to help.
In the case of GFC or RBC it is obvious by the quick response we all see here that the effort to resolve is always prompt and dealt with in a professional manner. So to me it seems that giving Jason the opportunity to resolve privately might be deserved.
But that being said it is a feather in his cap for being one of the best reps I have seen here and should give members the confidence to play at these casinos.
Just my humble opinion...

I agree with Dory because some people are so quick to be negative about online casinos, and will jump at any chance to trash them. Clearly, LCB is not as bad as many other boards (which is why I'm a member here), but I don't feel we should open the door to that.
Jason has very much impressed me with his professionalism and speed, and I think he deserves the respect of a private PM first when there's a problem. If he doesn't handle it satisfactorily, then come to the board with it.

I have an issue with the correct bitcoins being sent because apparently the supplier has been skimming off the top of my purchases and sending less than I have purchased even though they clearly stated the total charges on their website and has not responded in over 24 hours of my issue. Now I sent more bitcoins yesterday and these transactions take 5-6 days to complete so I can not change the total because it is done in advance so I would like my purchase to be credited but to eliminate this headache in the future I will be closing all of my bitcoin accounts permanently:
