    So last Monday, August 10, 2015 I contacted RBC LIVE CHAT to get my 15% weekly cashback as the prior week I had deposited and lost $250+ and had not had a payout in over 2 weeks. I was told that I was not allowed a weekly cashback.

    I contacted LIVE CHAT two more times last week...so I was told a three times by tree separate Raging Bull support reps in total that I would get an email explanation for this from the finance department the next day. Never got an email.

    So, today being Monday I requested via LIVE CHAT to get my 15% weekly cashback from this past week and once again was told no when I qualified again according to the rules in RBC's T&C.

    I was told once again that I would get an email with an explanation as to why because I did pass all requirements.

    I have 2 friends who play regularly at Raging Bull and both of them got their 15% weekly cashbacks so why is management not allowing me to receive mine?

    Since RBC is not getting back to me at all....I thought you could find out what is going on, as I am a regular, consistent player and feel like I am being treated unfairly regarding this.

  • That is correct Lace Jones...and I had $250+ in deposits two weeks ago and this past week as well so this why I am so confused as to why I am just denied the weekly cashback when I qualified for two weeks in a row.

  • Grand Fortune has 20% on their website but the max cash out on deposits, max cash out on freebies and the constant slow spinning reels along with the everytime you visit downloads have worn me down and I just do not have the will to put all of this money into these sites with nothing to show so I think that I will take a step back for awhile. I appreciate the guys courtesy but the cons are ahead of the pros right now. I've been disconnected from chat while typing and the unanswered emails are pulling me away. Stay strong and make sure you get your last 2 weeks of cashbacks.

    Wow it seems like you have been experiencing issue on Grand Fortune. Both in the live chat and the casino. Tell me, are you experiencing the same issues on Raging Bull i.e slow reels etc.

    99% of the times the slow reels are as a result of connectivity issues i.e packet loss or applications running on your pc or mobile device that use up a lot of system resources.

    Regarding my support guys not responding to your emails, do you have examples of these mail so that I can take this up with them as well as my Call Center Manager. It is unacceptable that any player does not receive the service they so rightfully deserve.

  • It has only happened at Grand Fortune with emails not being responded to even when they are the ones sending me an email about a failed deposit, you helped get my back into Grand Fortune after they locked me out after I deposited via bill payment but everyone swore that they did not receive my whopping $25 payment and it took over two months for this to be resolved but when I finally told my credit card company to pull the payment back because it was missing then Grand Fortune locked me out and did not respond to any emails. Jason finally got with Dean after I decided to PM you because it was not getting resolved and you got me unlocked after an second attempt to Dean. I get these constant slow reels all of a sudden and then the money goes away and yes it happens on both sites. This has been the case for the past 10 days or so but I will check my system to see if if is causing the reels to slow down. I will dig up all the emails I can find but to be honest Raging Bull Customer Service has been nothing but perfect while Grand Fortune has been from bad to horrible.

  • Update-I did not have the issues with Grand Fortune yesterday with any slows spins and I played on only $20 for over 6 hours but it was still present but not as bad as previously on Raging Bull.

  • I did not change anything and I even went from full screen mode to smaller and that did not make any difference at all. One thing I make sure of is that there are no websites open that refresh because it does cause issues.

    rtg was adding a new game.When ever they add a new game I have same issue as you with the free spinning and choppiness,just runs terrible until the game is finish loading,usually a week or so until it is finish,then it runs better after that.I can almost always tell when rtg is uploading a new game.

  • Thank you but it was okay all of yesterday and earlier but then it started again but when I deposit a large amount of my money then it frustrates me when it goes away during those slow spins so I guess it could be anything but I'm stopping because I want to keep my headaches to a minimum.   • I played at Intertops Red and the same slow reels and of course my balance went really quickly so then I did free mode at Raging Bull last night and it did not happen which is good so I think I will try real mode again sometime soon to make sure because Intertops was worse with 2 deposits and my last name is not Trump (thank God) so I can't not be heading to every Rtg to see if there was an issue.     I don't usually complain about things, but this has been irritating me all day ( and will continue to), so I decided to post about it to you, although I'm sure there's nothing you can do about it.  I know I'm talking about a small amount of money, but it's the principle of it.

    After paying bills with my prepaid VISA yesterday, I had $42.++ left on it, so I thought "Cool, I can deposit at a couple of different casinos and play for a bit".  I know Casino Extreme's min is $20 and I wanted to deposit there, but I went to see what Raging Bull's min was, and was happy to see it was $21!  Especially since I play your freebies all the time.

    I attempted to deposit $21, but it was declined.  I waited a couple of minutes and then attempted $22, and that one was approved.  Ok, so that's cool - it still left me $20 to deposit at CExtreme, which I knew it would take.

    HOWEVER..... Even though I deposited $22, I was charged $22.76 by your processor which dropped my balance to $19.93 and now I can't deposit anywhere.  UGH!  I am so irritated at that.  In order to get the balance back up over $20, I'll have to load a minimum of $20 to the card, plus the reload fee of $4.95.  In addition, it means a trip to the store to do it (7 miles away), and I'm a sick person (end stage COPD) who doesn't get out of the house easily; in fact, I couldn't even go outside today because of the heat.

    Okay.  I vented, I feel a little better.  I just wanted you and everyone to know this is what's happening with your processor.  My CC company will also charge me another $.55 for the foreign transaction fee, but I'm used to that one.  Lordy, it's getting expensive to gamble a little money.  sad

  • I use pre-paid credit cards all the time and I can guarantee you those fees are from the credit card issuing company and not the online casino. There is no way around the fees unless you get a International credit card.

  • Thanks, but I'm aware of the foreign transaction fees I pay thru Green Dot and the charges added to the initial charge are not from them.  My "foreign transaction" fees are always listed and charged separately.

    THANK YOU TRAYBER!!! These extra fees add up.....and it is misleading. I think Raging Bull should address this issue by either eliminating the fees or at least give a player the exact amount that will be charged to their credit card etc.

    RBC gives players a 15% Cashback Bonus on the previous week’s losses every Monday. RBC instructs players to, "Contact Support for more information on your cashback bonus!"

    Whenever I ask for my weekly cashback on Monday, it is an issue. I have contacted RBC via LIVE CHAT 3 times today requesting my cashback from last week as I lost $400+ and I keep getting the runaround that the cashbacks have not been released yet by management. But it is late afternoon where RBC is located, so if not given soon I am sure they will say the finance department is closed.

    I am going to go on to LIVE CHAT again now and hopefully this will not be an issue still. Just a heads up......have any other RBC players experienced this issue???

  • Im posting the pm I sent Jason because I haven't received a reply and I'm not sure how else to get help so here goes:
    Discovered my account was closed after trying to login, password invalid, so I reset, still said invalid. Went to live chat to see why I couldn't seem to login with credentials which I knew were valid, I was informed this was happening because my account was closed--- due to my request to close my account!! I freaked out momentarily :-) because I absolutely love you guys, and I would never have done that.  I have no idea how he arrived at this conclusion, but he said no problem he would reopen it. Well I had to leave quick, so I wasn't able to finish the chat/ resolve the issue. Please reopen my account, but also, if possible, look into the specifics of "the request" because I can positively guarantee it didn't come from me. Thank you, let me know if u need more info.

Asked the support what had happened and like always they have no clue, basically she forced me to play the remaining 50.90$ to reach up to 150$ so I could cash out which didn't work out. Where's the sense in that... If the max cashout is 150$ why would you want to keep on playing if all you can have is 150$... Can you do anything about this or no??

    I looked into the gameplay and I found the transaction where you met wager and the balance was revoked ($198 removed leaving you with $150). At that point of time, you were eligible to cashout the $150 balance. However you opted to continue playing (selected autoplay @ $3 per spin and played a total of 56 spins losing $99 and reducing the balance to $50,90).

    Can you recall what the error message was when you returned to the game?

    Having said this, your balance was reduced from 150 to 50 as a result of you choosing autoplay. The game happened to crash after 57 spins and a loss of $99. I await feedback from RTG on the game crashing. I can't justify rewarding you with the $150 as you were actually eligible to cash the balance out upon reaching wager.
