Hello again Jason! I am wondering why the max cash outs at all 3 casino have been reduced back to just $100 because I know previously it was raised to $150?

Hi Lane Jones,
Finally, I received a message from LCB. I have been sitting here the whole day waiting for someone to drop me a line ....lol...
To answer your question, I am afraid yes. We made this adjustment because we are rolling out with a pay to card withdrawal option, where there were no fees, however, that has been placed on hold for a short period of time.
So I am afraid that that cashout on free money will be limited to $100. We hoping to go live with the new solution soon.
Best Regards

there was emails and pm so mind your own
I agree with Dory because some people are so quick to be negative about online casinos, and will jump at any chance to trash them. Clearly, LCB is not as bad as many other boards (which is why I'm a member here), but I don't feel we should open the door to that.
Jason has very much impressed me with his professionalism and speed, and I think he deserves the respect of a private PM first when there's a problem. If he doesn't handle it satisfactorily, then come to the board with it.
Just my opinion.....

Hi I have been a rregular player at Raging Bull Casino for over 6 months and I like it there a lot....but the one thing that has been bugging me lately is the JACKPOTS.
I have never seen RBC post JACKPOT winners up along with what slot they won it on, as most casinos.
Also, I have a bunch of friends (8+) who play at RBC regularly and not one of them have ever won a JACKPOT, nor do they know any player who has won a JACKPOT....ever!!
So....I thought I should ask on a few forums if any fellow players have hit/won a RBC Slot JACKPOTS???
Please...if yes would you state the amount and which SLOT GAME???
Thanks in advance.

I have not won a jackpot at RBC but did win once at their sister casino Grand Fortune.
This may not help specifically here but thought I would share that..
I do have a question about the ND bonus shown this week for RBC - is it new players only? sorry off topic but wanted to ask.
Take Care

Hi Ladies,
Wow, I was starting to worry about why I have not heard anything from you guys on LCB since the 7th. I have been sitting at my desk with baited breath waiting for someone to start chatting to me
@ luckychick17 - To answer your question, we have had numerous Jackpot winners. The reason why we have not posted them is that there is a slight problem with the feed we use to list these winners. The feed interferes with our security certificate on the website (some technical jargon that I am not to familiar with ...lol..). Having said this, we are working on this and will hopefully start listing the winners soon.
@ Dory99 - Can you recall what the DB offer was? If it is listed in your cashier, then it means that you should be eligible to redeem it.
Anxiously awaiting your reply!
Best Regards

I am sure people have hit some randoms, I also like to see jackpot winners posted, but heres the thing; a majority of people will be playing with a bonus which will always have a max cashout hence the player that hits a jackpot will probably only see a small portion, making any posting of any Jackpots potentially not what it really is. Its almost like posting jackpots of fake money play.2.3/ 5

Hello Jason! I am contemplating why even move up the VIP levels when there is very little incentive because when I was receiving the monthly VIP Level free chips it enticed me to deposit more but now it is becoming more difficult to deposit because of all the fees because the American way is to continue to spike the prices for everything even though salaries go down or stay the same. I know you said the VIP level free chip is not monthly but I was receiving it monthly and it factored in my numerous deposits so I am asking if you would at least consider making it a monthly award. Thank you very much in advance!

I know how you feel Lane Jones regarding the fees charged for withdrawals/payouts to the USA.
For every payout I received via bank wire from RBC, I pay $45 fee by RBC and that gets deducted from the initial payout request. For example.....lets say I won $250 that is really only $205 because of the $45 fee. When the bank wire transfers into my checking account, my bank charges a $15 fee immediately = $60 of my winnings are taken out each time I request a payout.
I have been playing at RBC for almost a year now and have made 16 withdrawals in total, which means I have paid $720 to RBC's processor and $240 to my bank = $960 in total fees. That $960 = about 20% of my total winnings, which is a lot of money that I technically won.
I inquired with RBC customer support about the total $ amount I have deposited and withdrawn in my lifetime at RBC. Specifically, what totals amount did RBC submit for their winnings/earnings reports. They replied immediately and the amount reported that I had withdrawn did not take out the $45 bank fees, so the total was $720 higher then I actually received.
If RBC does not minus out the $45 bank fees for every USA player's total lifetime payouts sum, wouldn't that boost the casinos winning % and earnings total numbers?
Not sure why RBC doesn't report the actual amount a player receives of their winnings because majority of casinos waive some of the bank fees like for example by have a rule that first 3 payouts a month the wire fee is free.
RBC doesn't budge on the $45 payout fee, and VIPS shouldn't be paying a bank wire fee. I am a SILVER VIP but I never qualify for 90% of the bonus codes and still am paying payout fees.
Jason, what is the advantage of being a SILVER VIP???
Honestly...when I read Lane Jones post, I realized that I have yet to see one difference from the first week I started playing at RBC to 9 months late with a SILVER status. -

they make everybody a silver VIP ...their bottom line is making you deposit my fee on withdraws was 45.00 ...18.00 ,,,4.50 67.50 that is sad
I had no idea that everyone is made a SILVER VIP....I have been a SILVER VIP for months and keep looking to see if I have gotten promoted to a higher status, but nothing.
I love playing at Raging Bull Casino because they are the first online casino to have gained my trust as they always payout fast and customer service is available 24 hours a day, as I have never waited more then 30 seconds to chat with a live rep.
And Jason...the forum rep is really great too.
The withdrawal fee is getting very annoying to deal just cause businesses usually get deals with banks if they are using their wire service as much as an online casino such as RBC probably is. And I admit that the slots are tough to win on, as I haven't had a over $200-$250 win more then 3 times in almost a year so I withdraw very little at a time which makes the fees sting more.
Hopefully, RBC will make amendments to the payout fees for regular players like first two payouts a month will have no fee...or something like that.
So....are there any Raging Bull Players on this forum higher then a SILVER VIP???
Would love to know what extras your "higher VIP" status comes with????
ANd Jason....please chime in about the fee issue. Thanks so much!!3.1/ 5

Hi lane, Lucky and kerch.
Come on guys, I have told you about fees in the past and that they were out of our control.
We try to assist where possible in reducing the fee for your guys and are constantly try and find better rates from our e-commerce partners.
@ Lucky... I was advised by Dean that he sent you a personal email advising you of an option and that you had to advise him when you made a withdrawal so that he could pay you via this payment option (exclusive to select VIP members).
@ Lane .... we explained to you in the past that the complimentary vip chip was a once off offer for reaching the next loyalty tier, however, there was a problem with RTG and the chip was firing on a monthly basis which was incorrect (terms clearly state it's an "introductory" meaning a once off bonus). But we appreciate your support and loyalty and still honored the chip.
Kerch.... your statement is incorrect. We don't put everyone into a Silver Bull vip class. The tiers are as follows: GREEN BULL (intro into VIP program), RED BULL, SILVER BULL, GOLD BULL and then DIAMOND BULL. You did not qualify for the SILVER BULL level, however you wanted to know when you would reach the next tier so out of good faith, your VIP manager fast tracked you into this tier skipping the REDBULL tier.
You guys ask what the perks there are, but have you guys gone and looked at the benefits etc on th site?
https://www.ragingbullcasino.com/loyalty.asp
https://www.ragingbullcasino.com/vip-promotions.asp
We go out of our way to assist you guys where we can, but it never seems good enough. You all have contact with your VIP managers, so why don't bring your concerns up with them?
I look forward to hearing back from you guys!
Regards

Thanks Jason for replying....I know Dean did mention another way to request a payout sans the $45 fee but it was untested and not completely available yet. Plus I am not sure here in the USA if the way Dean suggested would work with all the current legality issues with online gambling in the USA right now.
Jason, I love RBC but the $45 fee has to be waived sometimes for players as I find that I never win more then $100-$200 on RBC so the $45 is 20%-30% of my total winnings. Then I have my banks $15 incoming wire fee too so that = $60 each payout that gets wired into my account.
Otherwise....RBC is the best casino I have dealt with customer service wise and payout wise, as it has never been taken more then 3 days for me to receive my winnings. And that is so nice for players....as it NEVER happens.

I deposit all the time at bingo with it and never have a problem and I have used it in the past at casinos.... well I noticed that you accept bitcoin my question is if I purchase a bitcoin card or what ever it is that is offered in the LCB shop is that considered a regular deposit cause the only reason I want to deposit is so I can play some add-ons in the tourney and I need it to be cash and not bonus money.. thank you for any help.

Hey Jason, hope all is well. I sent bitcoin and this is totally on me because I went back to the skimming bitcoin provider only because they are instant until Coinbase fix their issues with their system so unfortunately I sent the incorrect total and of course it is missing. I am assuming I sent it to Grand Fortune but it also could have landed at Raging Bull. As always thank you for your assistance because it is very much appreciated. I am sending the transaction to your personal message box.

Hey Jason -
So I was playing with a $20 free chip bonus yesterday and when I finished the $700 playthrough, my $450 balance dropped to $100, not $145 so I could withdraw the $100 max cashout for the bonus. You cannot even request a payout if it is not $145 balance.
Also, the $45 withdrawal fee is not part of the $100 cashout, is it?? That would make it a $55 wire and then I have my bank fee of $15 so that would make it only a $40 payout, which is not worth the time needed to get through the playthrough amount first.
I won a bonus once before and I collected $100 with $145 in my balance and that was after the bonus max out was lowered from $150 to $100.....if a player can cashout $100 then shouldn't it be real $100 wired to them???!!??
Thanks so much. -

Hi luckychick17,
How are you doing?
Sorry, I am having a blond moment here. The max cashout on the $20 chip is $100. Where does the $145 amount come from? Then regarding the fee's, Dean has advised you to mail him when you have a small withdrawal i.e $100 and he will then assist you.
Please refer to the mail which Dean sent to you explaining the fee's etc.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hey Dean -
I think you took my question/issue the wrong way....I was saying that I played with a $20 free bonus yesterday, completed the playthrough and my balance dropped from $450 to $100 the moment I finished the requirement. Problem is you cannot request a withdrawal for just $100, it will not allow it to go through. You have to have a balance of $145 minimum for a payout to be processed. I had a $450+ balance when I finished the bonus playthrough requirement but my balance went to $100 and could not withdraw so I tried to play to get up to $145 but my balance was not allowed pasted $100.
This made all the time I spent to make the playthrough a waste of time and the fact that my balance did not go to $145 so I could withdraw the $100 is ridiculous and unfair.
I have won one other time on a bonus and my balance never dropped at all. I requested a payout for $100, which is actually $145 from balance and that was it.
So why was this bonus not allowing me to get what I won fair and square? -

Thank you BMWSTACK...but what Jason told me to do had zero to do with the issue at hand. He did not even address what I was talking about as I PM'ed him in detail. In his response he said he was going on Holiday on Wednesday....not Tuesday and I was afraid it would get blown off.
So that is why I was pissed off......sorry if I offended you BMWSTACK. -

I try to forget this one but I was no older than 10 and my mother gave me these horrible tasting cookies with the fruit center and there was like 2 huge bags so when I took them to School NO ONE WOULD EAT THEM so I figured to make my mom happy I had to eat them so I just kept eating them in a attempt to hide the evidence when I starting feeling dizzy then I can only remember waking up on my classroom floor in a pool of crushed horrible cookies with the fruit middle. I cringe every time I see a replica of those cookies in stores still!
