Overview

Let's leave the troubles in the past, and turn a new page! That's the idea that Raging Bull online casino is trying to come alive. Our relationship with this crypto-friendly online gaming platform wasn't so good before, but we are giving it another chance.... actually the third chance, but- who's counting? Anyway, in good spirit, and full of hope, let's bring to light the new, reopened Raging Bull!

Packed with interesting bonuses, and with content provided by Real Time Gaming, so Raging Bull casino, for those unfamiliar with its past, may seem like a great gaming destination. There are elements of truth in this; this US-friendly casino's gaming offer is rather great. Fresh, popular slots, some of them progressive, satisfying amount of table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Keno, and a handful of Video Poker should be more than enough to keep players coming back for more. Hand on heart- did Real Time Gaming ever fail in entertaining the gamblers?

Amusing, and good-looking, too.

If you are a movie enthusiast, the title Raging Bull must ring a bell. A huge hit back in the 80', about a life of a boxer Jake LaMotta, which is delivered by superstar Robert De Niro. The creators of this virtual gambling center must have seen this movie dozens of times. However, besides the name, and some details such as the logo of this casino, nothing else we could connect to the famous Scorsese smash hit. The general appearance of this casino is pretty minimalistic. We dig it! So easy to move around, and pleasant for the eyes.

Raging Bull Casino Test

Our tester MarijaS signed in at Raging Bull on August 16, 2021 and deposited 0.00310800 BTC via Coinbase.

She then played Wild Hog Luau, The Mariachi 5, and Panda Magic. The next ones in line were PayDirt!, Texan Tycoon, and Coyote Cash.

When she checked her profile, there was a notification reminding her to verify the account. To have the account approved (and be able to request a withdrawal, after all), the tester had to upload a couple of documents. She sent the front and back of her personal ID, utility bill, and a selfie with a document via e-mail.

A couple of days later, on August 23, 2021, the tester logged into her account and saw a new notification, asking her to supply additional docs. The status said “missing documents”.

A support agent informed her that she needed to upload the documents via Cashier → Withdrawal→ Documentation→ "My Documents" page. The tester had to verify her ID through HooYu, which is a KYC tool specifically designed to allow a very quick, seamless and user-friendly identity verification via several steps: geolocation, ID document checks, facial biometrics and background data checks. Worth adding is that at times, it took the chat agent a while to provide answers.

The tester received an e-mail the next day, August 24, 2021, to confirm that her identity has successfully been validated.

She made a withdrawal request on the same day - August 24 and received 0.00152527BTC on August 31, which is slightly lower than requested due to a processing fee of 2.22%.

Terms and Conditions

If you follow our reviews, you already know what's our first destination when we land on any online platform for gambling- the terms for playing! This page tells a lot about how a certain online casino treats its players. So... what's new on the T&C page of the reopened Raging Bull? First of all, we aren’t delighted with the amount of information provided. But, on the other side, we wish we haven’t read some of the data that does exist.

“The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you”

So, basically, Raging Bull can just terminate your player profile one day, with no explanation, at all. Doesn’t sound reasonable. Unfortunately, we found more player-unfriendly terms which made us think Raging Bull is still not ready to play fair and square. In the banking section, more specifically in the paragraph regarding withdrawals, its stands that all withdrawals may incur a fee.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

Not so long ago, Raging Bull was considered one of the best RTG-powered gaming platforms out there. So good, that it had been given the prominent Seal of Approval. Things were looking pretty darn good for Bull back then… three years into service, and the perfect picture about this trustworthy online casino started to fall apart. In the year 2017, the worst business year of this casino (for now) Raging Bull got into the hands of the infamous Virtual Casino Group, well-known in the iGaming industry as a company that can easily and fast ruin any reputable online casino.

Almost overnight, Raging Bull ran into financial problems, of course. Until recently, a very respectable casino suddenly started delaying payouts to players. Dissatisfied clients began to share online their negative experiences with this casino, in which they stated that they had been waiting for their money for months, and some, unfortunately, never even received it. This platform began to lose its hard-earned reputation and became more and more despised among desperate players.

The first thing any player should do, if they ever find themselves in a situation where an online casino owes them money, is to contact customer support. Raging Bull's infuriated clients did. However, they encountered many problems in the help sector as well. Instead of trying

to help and solve the payment problem as soon as possible, thus getting a better picture of their brand, Raging Bull agents acted rudely and unfairly towards those who turned to them for rescue. If there was a competition back in 2017 for the most unprofessional customer support ever, Raging Bull would be the champion.

Player Complaints

Some traces of the dark history of Raging Bull can be found on LCB’s complaint forum. Most of the criticism points out slow payments (and no payments) and bad customer support service. Hand on heart, Raging Bull’s rep did try  best to help the desperate players to pull their money from the casino, but...

Raging Bull Casino Test

We don't like rumors. We love facts. And, to come to those facts, we had to see for ourselves how Raging Bull did business at a time when it had a very bad reputation. As part of our "From the Players For the Players" project, we also tested this casino. MarijaS, responsible for this task, went through every step in order to reach the goal - she registered, went through a rather complicated KYC procedure, deposited money via Bitcoin, and finally waited more than 7 days for a usually instant Bitcoin withdrawal!

As much as we hoped that Raging Bull would pleasantly surprise us and that the rumors would turn out to be untrue, the truth was different. Our test proved that Raging Bull rightfully carries a warning label.

Conclusion

Raging Bull used to be considered an excellent casino. however in recent years the quality of their service has gone down considerably and we've been getting a lot of complaints regarding unpaid winnings, delayed payouts and bad customer service.

Proceed with caution!
