These people cannot under any circumstances comprehend that $500 x 30 = $15,000. $500 x (.60%) x 50+ ALSO equals $15,000. The casino believes that each wager places reduces the playthrough equally. How on earth can they be running a casino and be completely unaware of this? anyways my roommate completed her massive playthrough requested a withdrawal. they declined it told her since you played 1 hand of black jack you have to wager 25,000 so go wager 10,000 more. Yes guys. Take it from me. This casino should 100% be black balled. Do not try them under any circumstances. When I 1st started online gambling years ago i deposited thousands with this brand. I have to update my review of this casino because something is very wrong with this casino and the RTG software on it's site. I personal believe that this casino is some how disconnecting some of these games from the RNG program and reprograming the slot games to a RTP% of .1%. I deposited here one time, played through my balance, then I claimed a NDB, met the required playthrough, put a request in for the withdrawal and they denied it. I have yet to play there since. I would not recommend any other players risk playing here either.

Slots always contributes 100% to the playthrough and blackjack is usually 66.6% which is equal to 40x slots 60x blackjack. my roommate said that she had a $500 free chip. 30x slots 50x blackjack. the playthrough was 15,000. These people cannot under any circumstances comprehend that $500 x 30 = $15,000. $500 x (.60%) x 50+ ALSO equals $15,000. The casino believes that each wager places reduces the playthrough equally. How on earth can they be running a casino and be completely unaware of this? anyways my roommate completed her massive playthrough requested a withdrawal. they declined it told her since you played 1 hand of black jack you have to wager 25,000 so go wager 10,000 more. They don't understand math I guess because a 25,000 playthrough when you only get .60 cents for every dollar is 70x playthrough black jack and 50x for slots. I have tried to politely explain it to the vip hosts so many times. I have offered many recorded game plays. They just get mad and say if you play one hand of black jack they will add it up when yoy are done and make you wager more even though the system has already calculated the it correctly based on how each game contributed. Anyway. i recorded more game play today. I placed a $10 bet on blackjack and my playthrough was reduced by $6.60. I placed a $10 bet on slots and exactly $10 was subtracted from my playthrough. The use is on a suing rampage with these casinos. I sure hope someone at these casinos cares enough to learn how this works and contact Real Time Gaming for some training. Because this is a class action lawsuit just waiting to happen. Virtual casinos.... If the playthrought says 15,000.... it is always 150000. You do not go add more to after the player is done. Please please use your brain or a calculator. black jack only counts as a fraction of a bet! so 60x table and 40x slots is the same total playthrough. One more time simple math example... please pay attention casino management. 500 with 30x slots 50x table play though 15,000 $500 x 50x= 25,000 (25,000 is only 50x if the playthrough is reduced by the exact amount of each wager. WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. Since the casino does not reduce playthrough the exact amount of what is wagered and they only reduce the playthrough .60 for every $1 dollar bet on blackjack. This is the math 500 x 50=( 25,000) x .60= 15,000. Wow!!!! 15,000 is actually 50x for table AND it is 30x for slots. Good lord people if you run a casino please for the love of god learn about weighted game contributions. and call real time gaming to do a wagering for dummies class. This is how it really is.
