    The casino rep got back to us, and we regret to inform you that there seem to be some complications with your account. Upon review, it appears that there have been discrepancies with the provided documents and some challenges with the bank responsible for issuing your card.

    We will close this complaint and mark it Resolved as we did our part to assist you, and this is the casino's final response.

  • They said my withdrawal was approved I can send you an evidence then after that they just decided to deactivate me , they can pay me 3500 Atleast to get back the money I  lost , just mail  me the money.

    Apologies for my delay in response, I was a little under the weather. There was an issue collecting your deposits [email protected], some went uncollected (denied) and some were disputed triggering multiple refunds. Unfortunately the deposit in question is amongst the uncollected funds in your account, if we are unable to collect the funds that lead to the win we have no choice but to consider the win invalid.

    For these reasons and others related to account validation our security department opted to close the account. The refunded deposit transaction should be back in your account soon if they have not returned already.

    Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the LCB.org team for review.

  • I have been waiting since 3/6 for a withdrawal to my Bitcoin wallet and I have yet to receive my winnings. I have reached out to customer support with no luck only to tell me they will escalate the issue and I should get a response back in 24-48 business hours. It was finally approved on 3/21 but still no funds sent. I am convinced that this casino is a scam and according to the other posts here I'm not the only one who thinks that.

  • I'm genuinely curious as I wait for a withdrawal that's legit and was requested on March 19, 2024, but what is the reason for the horrifically long withdrawal process? Honestly, I waited less time with Chumba and Luckyland. Ignition and Bovada and their sister sites. Mbit, they all pay out instantly but with you guys I'm getting told different things by different reps. I sent in my verification docs in FEBRUARY to the support address like they told me to because they weren't receiving them at the documents email then a few days ago I'm told I didn't submit that's why it's delayed and then I forward the email. Today I'm told only my documents were approved and now the 7 day approval process for the funds begin. What that means to me is you lost a regular depositing customer, seriously. I'm not a high roller but good for a few thousand a month and I was looking for variety. I wish I hadn't had that itch now. I know that a lot of people who gamble do so with limited funds, too and for the sake of those hard working people not losing their money I'll definitely leave reviews about the process because it's only fair that they know. 💔
