    We received the feedback from the casino representative and they confirmed again that the casino had paid to the bank, so you just need to wait for them to process the payment. Sometimes it takes longer and does not depend on the casino.

  • so on April 18yh and 22nd my wife put in 2 withdrawal requests for $2000 and $1200.......... she  has been told a number of different time frames from the customer service reps there. First it was five business days then it was seven. once the seven business days time frame had been up, they said they expedited it and it would be 48 hours. It's now over 24 hours past the 48 hours that they promised it and still nothing and it is impossible to get in touch with the live support. she has been basically on hold with them for 2 days on and off. not sure what to do hopefully the right person sees this and can help.

  • hey Nick. so my wife is having an issue with raging Bull right now they keep giving you time lines that she'll be paid out and they're not abiding by it. they said 5 days and then when that was up they said seven and then when that came up they said they would expedited and she would have it within 48 hours and it's well past that now he has a $2000 and  $1200 withdrawals that are still pending and need to be paid out

  • to be honest I didn't have any issues with this casino but they are managed by the same group and I've had slow and delayed payouts with the partners and they do some weird stuff like if u win at one casino u can't get bonuses in the other brand
