Just a quick update! I still have not received my withdrawal and I requested it November 4th. I've been on top of support. They also requested documents and ID and also a Security check phone call? I've done all of this and I am still waiting! 

The withdrawal process states 2-7 days, but I was told by support today I probably won't see my withdrawal processed until Wednedsay!? I am starting to loose faith that I will even be seeing this money! 

Support is slow, and half of the time they don't even respond to your emails! Funny thing is, I deposited and requested my withdrawal via UPay card, was told I wouldn't need to submit documents, and 3 days later I am asked to submit them? Seems shady to me! I was told by support my cashout was approved and I will have it sometime the beginning of next week. (Fingers Crossed)
