I got ahold of another rep rite afterwards who did take the time to help me understand and also agreed that I shouldn't have been misinformed nor rudely disconnected and got me transfered to a manager who refused to reply to my concerns about the rep living to me and the rep rudely disconnecting me. He was extremely short stating rules are rules n nothing else matter. Informing me that I should not have put my trust in there support reps to correctly inform nor help me in any way . Don't trust them. Don't waste your time. They are a scam 100 percent
