There was an error on their end, which kept me from having my points calculated correctly for a timed promotion. We are talking a lot of wagers I made in a short period of time at low amounts to gain points. When I pointed it out to them, they directly handled it, went through the entire length of the wagers and appropriately fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. There was no attempt to discourage me, no attempt to avoid it. Just easily the best customer service I have ever received during a casino event where the casino had sole discretion and responsibility. I really cannot recommend them enough. For the record, I didn't get any special extras for the error, I am really just this happy about their service because their customer service acted like a business and did their job. They also do deposits and withdrawals faster than any other place I have played and at decent amounts. What really impressed me, was something that happened recently. There was an error on their end, which kept me from having my points calculated correctly for a timed promotion. We are talking a lot of wagers I made in a short period of time at low amounts to gain points. When I pointed it out to them, they directly handled it, went through the entire length of the wagers and appropriately fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. There was no attempt to discourage me, no attempt to avoid it. Just easily the best customer service I have ever received during a casino event where the casino had sole discretion and responsibility. I really cannot recommend them enough. For the record, I didn't get any special extras for the error, I am really just this happy about their service because their customer service acted like a business and did their job. (side note: people having issues with playing in larger wagers should try a different coin, like ETH.
