  • So when you say lightning fast, how fast are we talking?  Like a few hours fast or a day fast?
I realize there might be some know your customer checks somewhere in there.  Just am wondering like how fast is fast.  Otherwise I already have a bit coin wallet, just now have to fund it.

  • the light you see from the lightning obviously travels at the speed of light, which is roughly 670 million mph, or 186,000 miles per second

All transactions are being manually approved. It takes us about 5 minutes to approve withdrawal in daytime, in the night it can take up to 2 hours.
  • My withdrawal has been pending for about 5 hours, any reason for the long wait? Account name "ijustclick"

Hey, your cashout should be already on your wallet. Can you check and confirm please?

BlackJack is played with 8 shuffled decks, so there can be a situation like you described. I really hope fortune smiles upon you next time and you will score 21 over and over.
  • That's bull, you would think if one double down 20 times with a 10 or an 11 a face card would come. I for one will be avoiding this because its not right.

    Hi chocolateman,

In order to test a game correctly 1000s of hands would need to be played in order to make a fair hypothesis on a specific game which as you can gather takes a lot of time. We would need evidence of any superstitious game play before we could proceed.
  • Really I have found there Blackjack to be rather fair.  I at least believe it's live play, because the dealer can be interacted with via live chat.  So I'm not sensing any real foul play really.  Plus with the blackjack being 8 decks, you can of course expect it to be more in the casinos favor.  Not ours.
The only thing I didn't like at the table I had played at, was there was 2 dead players in the 6 seats.  To me they should have a boot a player option if they haven't played so many hands in a row.  Just to free up the seats for other players who actually want to play.

  • Im not talking about live BJ - The non live one.... I will make another deposit later in the week and video record it.

  • Oh I haven't played the video blackjack, mainly because if there going to offer live blackjack.  Why bother with the video version.  I see what your getting at now.  Maybe this weekend if you haven't bothered yet.  I'll play a few hands myself and see what feeling I get myself.

All our games are being tested by GamingLabs. You can find their site and check information about how and what they do. These guys are 25 years on Gambling market, so you can be sure that they know their work.

Anyway, if you think that there is something wrong with the game you can use this link https://www.crowdcurity.com/bitcasino.io and report about the Bug.

  • Just a heads up... I played there again today and decided to close my account. They are licensed by Curacao a not to player friendly body. If anything goes wrong with playing at BITCASINO you are SOL. I'm avoiding this place...

Curacao eGaming is one of the least reputable licensing bodies and jurisdictions out there (but not the worst), however in recent years they have taken many steps to improve things. This does not mean that any casino with a Curacao license is not reputable but tread very carefully as operators holding this badge are not subject to strict regulation.
One of the popular destinations for online casinos to set up shop is a tiny tropical island off the northern coast of South America  called Curacao or Dutch Antilles. It’s a Dutch owned and governed state that is known for its low taxes on gaming and has become home to some of the least reputable casinos online.

Since 1996, Curacao e-Gaming has been providing licenses and regulation for online casinos. However, not much good has come since this time. While any online casino can go bankrupt or outright steal players’ funds, regardless of licensing, it’s how that governing body responds that makes them competent.

In the past Curacao was known for not doing much in the way of actually governing. It was simply a place to call home for operators with low taxes, not to mention a beautiful place to live. More recently, with the many changes in laws surrounding online gaming, many countries have changed their stance on who can offer services to their citizens.

The main criterion for determining who can legally provide casino games is who their license is through. The U.K. gaming commission does not have Curacao on this so called “White List” of regulators. This is obviously not a sign of trust.

Having said all this, there does seem to be improvement in the way Curacao handles their business. In order to survive and remain as one of the leading hot spots for casinos, they must adapt their ways of being a lax regulator. They have been making a strong push to prove they are a legitimate governing body and results thus far have been up to par.

At this time you can find better options than Curacao-regulated online casinos. Until they fully get their act together and have showed they are committed to being what they claim, look elsewhere for an online casino.

We would give them a grade of D at this moment due to their past history and are just a step above Costa Rica. Costa Rica is famous for having no regulation and only offers a license with no reputation behind it. If you ever see an online casino that has a Costa Rican license, be warned that you’re likely headed for trouble.

Admin note : information source : Here

  • Well I see your point Chocolateman, but here's my only bit of speculation on what your saying.

Sure of course Curacao is a fairly lax licensing body, but so is Antigua, Costa Rica, and any other licensing bodies that allow it's casinos to accept US and other grey market players.  Basically if your going to group any Curacao casinos into this group of non trustworthy casinos, then you may as well say any US facing casino isn't to be trusted.

Mainly because there flaunting the laws anyways to accept a US players deposit.  I can't see where your review of this casino is anything but unfair, just because you lost a few hands of Blackjack.  I've had some great playtime at this casino trying out some of the newer games that I've never played online by Aristocrat and my all time favorite Sugar Pop.  Then they just issued a few names games such as Gladiator and Gonzo's Quest.

Sure any electronic blackjack isn't going to seem fair, because mainly it's controlled by a deck that's always shuffling.  Unlike a real table where once the cards are shuffled, there done being shuffled until the shoe runs past the we can't deal anymore hands card.  So it may not seem to play like a regular tables at all, because it's being controlled by a computer.  I've had just as bad luck in land based casinos as well with electronic Blackjack, which is why I won't play it anymore.

So anyways, I guess other than you saying, there not fair and you can't get your money back in any fashion.  What's to say something similar couldn't happen to Club World, iNetBet, Slotocash, or even 3Dice.  What's to say that eventually someone doesn't crack down on there operations, do you really think our government is truly going to step in and help us out when the finally shut any of these good places down, or even there licensing body?  I highly doubt it.  Look at what happened with Poker Stars, Ultimate Bet, and of the such.

So I guess to summarize, really I think any US facing casino playing player.  Is at risk if your going to go down that path.  Just some are more at risk than others.  Plus new technology always scares people.

  • There is somewhat of a big difference. With CWC, Inetbet and Slotocash, you can file a complaint with RTG. With 3dice not so much, because of its mom and pop type software. Which I tend to avoid also...But They all accept credit card. In which the players has the options to file a complaint with their card company. But Bitcoin I/O there is barely any recourse for a refund if something goes wrong.

  • Hello chocolateman and cheetahwind,
First of all thank you for interest to bitcoin casino and intelligent forum discussion.

There are certainly things that can be improved. And we are actively spending a lot of time and resources to ensure our players get a safe, entertaining and regulated gaming environment.

For many years the only checks and balances for any casino was a third-party certification that the RNG (Random Number Generator) was real and thoroughly tested. And that the casino was licensed and regulated within a country’s regulatory gambling framework.

With the advent of blockchain technology, we, as an industry, can now push towards a “peer to peer” based regulatory framework. Which means that any user can “test” the fairness of a game and any user can get “proof of solvency / balance” of their funds.

    - - - - - - - - - -
It is a known fact that Bitcoin casino can be set up almost anonymously.
Without voluntary public disclosure, the only entities that would have any information about the founders are the domain registrars and casino software providers (if the software is not proprietary). Otherwise, in the case that the casino was a scam or just had a large win (which the casino does not intend on paying) - the casino could disappear into nowhere.

There is no dispute Curacao's gaming legal framework is not “as tough” as other jurisdictions, like Gibraltar or Isle of Man. However, in Curacao, casino owners still have to disclose their identity and pass KYC procedures with the commercial registry, public notaries and gaming licencor.

Therefore, in case the operator goes rogue, players could send a complaint to respective entities requesting the case to be escalated to UBO. If there is no resolution, they could attempt further legal action.

So does it mean standards on par with top reputable jurisdictions? - Certainly not.
Does it mean standards surpassing anonymous Bitcoin casino? - Most definitely!

We would welcome a discussion of "what standards" should be applied to evaluate Bitcoin-driven igaming operators, whether in regulated markets or not. To the extent that blockchain technology can create new mechanisms to afford player protection and confidence, and any bitcoin-driven igaming operation can build its brand value by adopting such "best practices".

There are, today, technology-enabled structures to which every regulator and every operator, regulated or not, should look and consider.

    - - - - - - - - - -
The competitive challenge for "regulated" bitcoin gaming operators will be to adapt to both whatever their regulators require and, if possible, go beyond that to what the market requires and the technology affords.
    - - - - - - - - - -

We’ve recently had some very good discussions already with some of the Bitcoin Sportsbooks recently in regard to “setting” standards for our industry.

The main issue is Proof of Solvency or Proof of Player Balances.
Whilst there is no industry standard function / method to use for this yet, there has been some very interesting commentaries about the best way to apply this.

However, none of the methods are perfect (yet!). https://iwilcox.me.uk/2014/nofrac-orig

Perhaps, we as an industry, should be focusing on finding a common solution / function for this.

Coinsetter (a Bitcoin exchange) even called for public comment on the best implementation:
    - http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1z6z9t/join_coinsetters_initiative_to_create_a_public/
    - http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1xedpu/headlines_you_will_never_read_to_calm_concerns_of/cfaltzq
    - http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/23265/how-can-a-bitcoin-exchange-prove-its-solvency-while-maintaining-privacy
    - https://iwilcox.me.uk/2014/proving-bitcoin-reserves
    - Kraken’s implementation: https://github.com/payward/krakendb
    - Another possible implementation: https://github.com/olalonde/proof-of-solvency

    - - - - - - - - - -
Somehow, casino operators need to protect the privacy of their players, the privacy of their cold wallets - player balances - (no one wants to attract the attention of hackers), whilst publicly allowing players to verify that the funds they have deposited are available at all times to withdraw and that there is sufficient operator bankroll to cover any jackpot wins..

P.S. We would be more than happy to financially and technically contribute to an open source project, which specifically worked on such proof of solvency type functions for the gambling industry.

  • Hey dory99,
Awesome question. Sometimes it all sounds too complicated and frankly speaking there is no need to go deep into the details. Meanwhile there are basic things you definitely need to know to safely use bitcoins.

chocolateman was so kind and already posted the link to youtube video. But in case you don`t have 20 minutes to watch it, you can check out the new 6min explanation video:
The real value of bitcoin and crypto currency technology - http://youtu.be/YIVAluSL9SU

    Thanks

  • We also have a video on our Bitcoin review page here: https://jswqzs.com/banking/Bitcoin-casinos.html

  • This casino never stops amazing me.  I went and asked for a freebie after busting out on a few deposits.  I got a free entry into a poker tournament with a top prize of 1 bit coin.  So I was rather thrilled.

If it wasn't for the fact after my first round of play on there I haven't had much luck on there.  I would make them my #1 casino, just can't seem to get my money to go very far all of a sudden.

Hopefully my luck will turn around here.

We are looking into this issue. If someone else has a problem with our Poker section, then please let us know.
  • Can I ask exactly how did you acquire your Aristocrat, NetEnt, and Novamatic games.

There are some accusations going on in another forum by a rather respected man in the industry.  That you guys may very well be using pirated gaming software.  Would this be true?

  • This is something fishy about this place. I know it... Lets see what IO has to say about this...

  • I hope the rep can explain what is going on. Sometimes it is better to wait and see what happens before you play at a new casino. I always wait to see the reviews first. Casinos require too much personal information to just give it to anyone  dizzy. You have to be especially careful in the USA because there are no laws to protect us (IMO).

  • I also can't go into Poker ... It just keeps loading but never actually loads up.

  • The silence is deafening. I have read posts about things that i would have never believed but after seeing some things for myself, I am at a loss. I have a hard time not believing what i have basically seen  8'| sad.

  •                   Okay, guys, I have to speak up here because although I am really new to using Bitcoin,  I wanted to try out the new site Bitcasino.io .  Now I have been playing there for at least a couple weeks already and
have nothing but good things to say about the site,  cuctomer service, etc.  I managed to turn about 3 or 4 small deposits totalling  under $50 earlier this month into well over half a grand.  The deposit and withdrawal process was absolutely the fastest I've ever seen.  My withdrawals I made were in my ewallet account almost before I could log on.    I'm already a VIP at this point.  I  don't know what problems are going on with the poker aspect as I play mostly slots but I have been playing in their freeroll  tourneys and not had a problem.  The deposit and withdrawal threshhold  are really low and
the payout times are really quick.  I can't speak for others having problems,  bugs with the software and
whatever but  I found the customer service to be really professional, courteous,  and quite generous.
I  don't give glowing endorsements to sites  frequently  but  I am very impressed with how they have been treating me.

    3/ 5

  • I also can't go into Poker ... It just keeps loading but never actually loads up.

yeah, for me it is the same...
    "loading" and nothing else.
I tried 3 different computers (Win 7 and Win 8 ), different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, IE), but i still can't load poker page sad
  • The casino games won't even load for me.  This has been for the last few days.  I have tried at different times of the day and nothing

  • I was just playing fun there , but lost my all money. ( But there was a lot of fun )

  • So I can also confirm the Aristocrat games are a complete knock off. They don't include any of the standard Aristocrat logos or copyrights.

  • @zuga

why this clowns still not rogued?

Actually we just placed them on the warning list.

And if you ask why this hasn't been done sooner, two reasons:

    a. this is a new issue and discovered just recently
    b. we wanted to give them a chance to come forward and address the allegations of the stolen games.

Now we will send them a chaser ( even though they regularly get the automated notifications for this topic ), and hopefully we will get some kind of explanation.

    cheers
