There was an error on their end, which kept me from having my points calculated correctly for a timed promotion. We are talking a lot of wagers I made in a short period of time at low amounts to gain points. When I pointed it out to them, they directly handled it, went through the entire length of the wagers and appropriately fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. There was no attempt to discourage me, no attempt to avoid it. Just easily the best customer service I have ever received during a casino event where the casino had sole discretion and responsibility. I really cannot recommend them enough. For the record, I didn't get any special extras for the error, I am really just this happy about their service because their customer service acted like a business and did their job.
