    this is new...we have always received comp points, this was the first time they were removed.  i noticed it also.  these little things are very noticeable.  not good for business as far as i am concerned.

    maybe it was not meant to be, but we always have receive comps on all our no deposit chips from the beginning of time from Vegas Regal.  Only as of last chip it STOPPED. 


  • I was wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with withdrawals from vegas regal.  It took quite some time to get my first withdrawal and now a new withdrawal request and I am asked for more documentation?  I don't understand?  It seems they are eager to take my deposits, however, very slow and difficult to receive withdrawals.  It is also time consuming and a hassle to write email after email without a prompt responses.  I know Nick that your involvement last time did help and I appreciate that, however, why all the delays and trouble receiving withdrawals?  They took 3 days to request new documentation when I was under the impression they were already processing my withdrawal?  Three days wasted in this process?  I just don't understand it?  It's be genning to make me want to just by pass this casino.  Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems?  Cindy

  • Hello...in response to Cindyq45, I too have waited quite some time for my withdrawals to be processed.  I have several withdrawals "processing" now.  I had to send in multiple security documents, I'm assuming because I made several credit card deposits so I  had to initial all of them.

    Some of my withdrawals are from over two weeks ago.  The final security document was approved last Friday and I am still waiting for my withdrawals.  The total is over $10,000  (believe me I have made several deposits shocked)  I was crazy addicted to the "fixer upper" and the "cosmic quest" slots tongue.

    I will let you all know when I receive my withdrawals, but even if I go by my last document being approved (which means I have initialed all my credit card deposits), it is now past the 2-5 business days.

  • I tried 3 times on Sun. to deposit with Vegas Regal. I got an international Visa and it was rejected. Went to live support, they told me everything was fine and to try again that it would go thru. Tried again and it told me to wait 30, so I went back to live support, they once again told me it was fine, just to wait the 30 min. Tried again after 30 min. and was rejected again. Took my money to microgaming and deposited first time, no probs.

    There have been some free chips given out, I know.  But I have not redeemed any since my last cashback recived and deposit and now.  And I have deposited ALOT more than I have recived in free chips.  I have a record of free chips recived on this fine website (in the nodeposit casino forum) and a record of my deposits made.. 

    The funny thing is I was only due maybe $5 this time for the cashback,  I just don't like being fed BS and then being told that the policy has always been 15% to everyone that qualifies and everyone that did not recive is wrong.

    Talk about tight slots (I thought my recent play at slotto was tight)

    I put in $50 yesterday to play with, and it was soooo lame.

    Slots destroyed my balance, I lost $30 of it... no bonuses/FS's, down to my last $20 I played BJ and luckily got up to $54, then had another go on slots... nope, nada, maybe a few bonuses got but they were low payout, soon enough my balance this time was down to $18.

    So I thought sod it, i'll finish off on BJ, actually won, made a few bucks overall profit and cashed out,


    I wont deposit there again though. Many people are complaining about the odds at VRC and how they barely get anything for their deposits nowadays.

    There is fact in this. Quite possibly all their previous free chips had dented the payout balance (afterall free chips take money out of the "payout pot" but dont put anything back in), so they have stopped the free chips for now and are expecting only depositors to play to bump the payout %'s back up to a fair level, of course though because of all the previous free chips the slots will play tight as hell for now until its eaten a chunk of money to replace it.

  • I also did, VRC has always been fair in the past but I have to wonder if there is a new shot caller there that failed PR 101 class.. 

      It really takes a lot of work(We know who put in the time and effort) to gain such a loyal and appreciative membership and keep it.  It looks like all that work could be undone in a couple weeks..

  • I feel what is good for one player is good for another. I did receive the 15.00 Mothers day chip but that was it. Everyone else is getting 50.00 and a 75.00 to go with it. I deposited yesterday and didnt take a bonus played through 4000.00 and didnt cashout i could of but i didnt(my choice). And i dont even get cashback or the special promos.   • I tell ya I just dont think it is fair at all with how they determine who gets the free chips. This used to be my favorite rival to play at. I have slowed down on my deposits for the simple reasoning being the fairness of the VIP treatment and the bonuses. Dont get me wrong I appreciate the 7.00 chip i get once in a while but it kind of leaves you feeling well hmmm im not worth no more than that. sunshinez

Then i sent an email to ask for them to flush my account still no response . Dont know if a rep is around but my username is obrown and yes im a depositer and i have deposited recently. thanks sad

  • i called them support was nice i told them i havent recieved emails for months and she said something is wrong with the yahoo,msn.comcast and different email systems so i gave her my gmail info.She also flushed my account but i looked today still no emails.I guess its a bug in their systems i dont know .   • Yeah, unfortunately are there mail gateways out there with blacklist functions so you'll never know if you are blacklisted or not. And don't forget that there are no guarantee that a mail reaches its destination. That's the facts dealing with the internet.
