  • I think they have monthly 70% or 100% cashable bonus with no max cashout, it depends on your VIP level.

    I used to have 100% monthly cashable bonus and 15% weekly cash back.  I deposit almost every week with Vegas Regal, but I received only 70% bonus and 10% weekly cash back now.  Can you take a look on why my VIP level gone down please?

  • I need to clear this question out of my head because it stayed there for a month or so ago and I keep thinking about it if I dont ask.  How do you determine VIP level at VRC?  based on players total deposits?  or the more players lose, the higher the VIP level that player will be?
    I deposit and play with VRC most often, but my VIP level kept climbing down.  I used to receive 15% weekly cash back on Monday, and it went down to 10% last month and I received only 5% cash back last monday.  I was fortunate to win with VRC recently, but could it be the reason why my VIP level went down?

  • Okay, here is my problem and I hope a VRC rep can help!  I received the free $50 chip today.  I was playing the Vendetta 3D slot.  I was betting $1.00 a spin.  I had about $38.00 and then I hit the bank bonus.  I disarmed the first bomb and it awarded me 2300 coins.  Then I disarmed the second bomb and won another 2300 coins.  Then the next two bombs i tried to disarm blew up.  At the end of the bonus it said I won 2300, 2300, 0, 0 and a total of 4600 coins.  When it took me back to the game it said I won 4600 coins but it only credited me with 2300 coins!!!!  I didn't notice it until I hit the spin button because it said I won 4600 so I didn't take a screenshot because I didn't see the error until after I hit spin.  I hit spin a few times more thinking my balance would adjust but it didn't.  I went to my game log and it said I only won $23.00 on that bonus which is so incorrect.

    So from what it sounds like is I am out of luck.  I know it was only $23.00 but it was still $23.00.  So I didn't get a screenshot of it and can't prove it but I feel I am owed the 23 bucks.  So I play the same game out trying and trying to get the bonus so I can have proof of what happened because I wanted to see if it did it again.  I couldn't get the bonus again so I left the game and went to a 3 reel slot.  When I went to the game I noticed I was spinning and winning but my balance NEVER changed!!!!  Finally, it said I didn't have enough money for that wager even though it showed a balance.  I DID get a screenshot this time.  When I left the game it showed I only had a penny left even though the screenshot showed differently.

    I think with this screenshot error attached they will see there was a problem gong on and it was a technical glitch.  I really hope they will credit my $23.00 bonus to my account because it was not credited correctly.

    Taaadaaa on the 3D game I was playing pennies but betting max which was a $1.00 per spin.  I still can't believe that error!  It makes me so mad.  And as you can see from the 3 reel screenshot I was playing and winning and it wasn't being added to my balance on the machine.  Then it says I am out of cash even though it showed I had a balance.  This happened earlier at Tropica too.  I would go machine and whatever my balance was when I started playing it stayed the same...regardless of bet or win.  I would have to leave the game and to see my REAL balance which of course was different then what was showing.  Then I would go to another game and the same thing would happen.  Crazy!

  • Thank you Kattboots!  Yes, I know it happened because I saw it with my own two eyes!  I didn't notice that the wrong amount was credited until after I hit the spin button.  I had $38 something pre-bonus and won 46 but like 60 something but should have had 80 something.  I hope they fix this.  Thanks for the support though!

    at first sorry for my English-knowledges, i try my best. My Username is: ablac123 at VRC. Why sometimes are renewing Bonuses in Vegas Regal Casino. I mean there are somtimes Bonuses like "crazy Monday" of $10, and after 5 Minutes (if the Balance is Zero) the Bonus is again available in Cashier. I claimed somedays a Promotion 20 times or more. And also after a Withdrawal the Bonus was again available (i reversd and lost the withdrwal, but it was a withdrwal anyway)

    I contacted Support allready becuase of this and they told me they look into it but i got never an answer since now. Is that normal. Is that an routine or Special-Bonus that comes ever and ever again when a player loose it?

    It makes me hold my Deposits back because i have fear, that after a big win my Account is closed from a Agend, Casino Representive or from the Payment-Department, because that strange thing with the Bonuses appear.

    Please also note, that i woul'd use Bonuses also in future, but i wish to get sure, that i can claim all availale Bonuses in Cashier without making thoughts about if it's a bug or a real Bonus.

    I hope it is understandable, what i'am writing.

    First let me say that your English is just fine... your question is clear and understandable!

    Second, Vegas Regal has a good rep here on the forum and I am sure they will look into it for you and respond...

    Third, I have not had a chip repeat over and over in the same day ever... I have seen a different free chip in the cashier after playing on a free chip, but they often disappear while I am playing the first chip if they were there before I chose the one to play...

    thanks for your replay. In my case it was truely ever and ever again the same Freechip with the same wager rules etc.. On one hour it was possible to claim the Bonus 12 Times. It was so that i was able to claim a Bonus, play it on two Bets of $5 in Blackjack down to Zero, and after 5 Minutes the Freechip was again available in Cashier. I thought then...that can not be...but, if available i thought fine and claimed again. That Procedure was going ever and ever again.

  • Thomas, pleased to meet you and welcome to the LCB forum... sometimes it takes a while for the rep to come and look at the problem, but when they do they do their best to help. I have never heard of this repeating chip, but maybe some other members of the forum can shed some light on the subject. You have posted this in the right place for casino support, so they should get back to you at  some point. One of the mods or Zuga the admin might be able to help you more.

    make sure you follow the bonus terms and conditions, then your account will be fine.  I read your message and you played blackjack, most of no deposit bonuses won't allow you to play table games, if you play and win, winning might be voided.  If you want to know about why you kept getting the bonus again and again and again and what you need to do, then you can pm me, I can give you some hints and I bet you will like them because it happened to me couple times in the past.  I just dont want to say anything here though.

  • grin TAAA, tmode is probably ok on the blackjack with ND Bonus... Vegas Regal usually only restricts Slot Progressives on their free chips... (one of the things I love about Vegas Regal!) table games do have a lower playthrough credit for each dollar but if you are a table games fan that's probably ok...

  •   This isn't really a complaint, and I still love Vegas Regal, but I suppose this is as good a time as any to bring up something that happened a few times in the past. It is more like the opposite of the usual. I e-mailed support and tried to bring it to their attention and with 2 transaction numbers on bonus spins that I was redirected to from the lobby out of the blue. Most likely I was betting 15 or 30 cents at the time, and I got credits from bonus rounds at 75 cents bets. I doubt very much if there ever was a time in the past I didn't get bonus and complete it. It ended up there was nothing they could see wrong, even when I explained again. Maybe it's too complicated or maybe a ghost and maybe I should have just not said anything! Good luck on getting your situations solved.

  • hmmm...so you were forced to a bonus round?  I think maybe we have solved the question about what happened to TaaaDaaa and the banning from Rivals.  If you are in a bonus round and the connection is lost, or you shut it down on purpose, your game is saved.  This is how the famous "bank account" is carried out.  You can return to the game and finish the bonus at a later time.  Or, you could.  Maybe now, you are forced to return to the game?? 
    It makes sense.  I have noticed that there is a much, very MUCH more thorough history now in the cashier, with much more info.  Perhaps they have added new security features.

    I remember sometimes entering a game and it being on a bonus round I had long forgotten.  Maybe now you can't "forget" and have to play it out no matter what on your next login.

  • hi blue, i realize your on top of this, and i thank-you for your effort. don't you feel this is awkward, to put it mildly, in regards to the lenght of time that has expired? this casino was getting excellent revues, from not only mods, but players too.
    You know, I'm not going to make a big fuss over this at all. Heres the deal, I made the play-through on one of their NDB's. When it came time to request a withdrawl, it couldn't happen. Not that I didn't want to happen. Maybe it has something to do with all the nonsence that is occuring these days, with casinos getting closed, and so on.
    I'm going to leave it at that. if I don't here anything back, so be it, I won't post anymore on this issue.

    I did see in the ND section someone said they made playthrough and they cannot withdraw because there are no withdrawal options.  I believe it is to do with all the seized sites.  I guess they have to start protecting themselves somehow.  That said, I hope they are striving to find another processor for USA.
