Wow I requested my first withdrawal from VRC yesterday (I had sent in docs a while ago). I went straight to live chat and Craig flushed my reversal option (I'm standing firm with myself on not reversing or using bonuses and cashing out once I make 3x my deposit). It's been just over 24 hours and I happened to check my Quicktender and it's already in there! I expected it to take a few days and am really impressed.
If it hadn't of been for this board and the great reviews, great rep support on the board, and free chips to non depositors and loyal customers I wouldn't have became a depositor there. Now with the speedy payouts this has become my #1 casino. -

Hi I really appreciated your attention to my situation of not receiving the freebies in my promos this last time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the sun freebie,again like I stated before I find out about any freebies in the forum and rarely if ever in an email about any promos. I've read that sometimes the email address itself could be an issue, I never had a problem before till recently. Hmm I did that withdrawal but then pretty much deposited back what I withdrew over the next week but only got the $7 freebie. Anyone have or know how they figure if you qualify for the depositors chip?

VRC hi, I'm having a nightmare!
Probably me in the wrong, but here goes!
Last week, I took the 12 euro free chip offer. I smashed playthrough, as you can see by my winning screenshots in the ND winners thread (that you thanked). Had about 300 left in my account after clearing it, and contacted live support. They verified my WR was complete, and all I had to do now was make a minimum deposit of 25 euros from moneybookers or EcoCard, and I could then withdraw. I wasn't funding my moneybookers till today anyway, so I span my 300 balance down with stupidly high bets. I left myself with 41 euros, to ensure I could withdraw the 36.
So today I funded my moneybookers account, then I deposited 25 as per instructions, into VRC. I then went to withdraw the 36 (I was going to play with the 25 since it was in there) to moneybookers, only to be told "your current balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount for this promotion" by the system.
I contacted live chat, who now tell me that my balance PRE deposit has to be 48?! This wasn't mentioned in the previous live chat, or obviously I wouldn't have been spinning from 300 down to 41 for fun...
Everything is shown in my account history (username Dipity) - and now I have my original 25 sat in there as well, and I daren't play any of the slots I want to play in case something else comes up, and I end up not being able to get anything back!
Please can you look into this? -

Hi Dipity,
I'm sorry that you missed the bonus and i understand you are disappointed.
But the bonus T&C is clear:
12 Free sticky bonus.
Max Cashout is 3x bonus = 36
For Cashout 36 you need to have a balance of 48 (the 36 cashout+ 12 bonus)
You played you balance down to 42.74
When you contacted live support FIRST time and they told you to deposit 25 you had about 300 left in your account. Support may not know you will continue your game and can not be held liable.
What you can do is:
Raise you balance to 73 (48 bonus + 25 deposit) and cashout 61 (48-12 bonus+25 deposit).
Or you can Cashout you 25 deposit again.
I'm sorry there are nothing i can do i this case.

Actually I've found that if I ask for the withdrawal to be flushed the funds are always in my netteller within 24 hours (thanks VRC). Labben good luck with getting your money soon.

Hi Nicolas I would like to thank you for all the previous free chips, but I have to admit I get a bit jealous and wonder why others get a free chip and I don't. hi to the new director just wanted to mention that this last week i wasnt receiving the advent freebies. i did ask chat and it was issued to that one time i asked, again i didnt receive it so asked through chat and was denied . again didnt receive and went to chat and they said they would forward it to management . so please anybody help

I got the $7 free Party offer. Got it over $125 and cashed out the $35 max. Reversed it once, went to $30. Reversed again and then I took the $500 free and 30 min and played. I checked with the casier and it said I met PT and so I reversed the $30 for the deposit. After 20 min a window popped up and said the time limit had expired and that my balance was reduced.
Suddenly, I had nothing in my account and your live help said I shouldn't have reversed the money, yet I obviously had to deposit, but I guess I did it too early and so now am I out of luck?
I did contact live help, but nothing transpired except confusion. -

hi my username is obrown at vrc i withdrew $50 from the christmas freebie i got yesterday and i asked for my account to be flushed.I spoke with live support and nana said it was flushed.when i logged into my account it still said reversal with drawl.I went back to live support and they said now you have to wait until the withdraw is approved for it to be flushed.I havent withdrawn from anywhere for a while and the cs said this was a new rule in place for a couple of months.i have copies of the transcripts i just wanted to see if this was the new rule.I LOVE YOU VRC AND MERRY XMAS thanks for a wonderful daily xmas promo :'X <3
