I even had a word with admin who was simply negligent of it. Then i had to switch to simple poker and slots and all the time i played video poker and all the achievements were of no worth. After that started winning in poker rooms and slots after a couple of days i was up with 450$ and i processed a withdraw. At first it asked for 2 days of time and then they stopped reverting and at the end they started giving me excuses and froze my account. I was stupid enough to not see the warning put by LCB for this casino and just went by what my friend said. Lcb was always their at my and everyone's assistance. I learned from this mistake and now i check for the casino in LCB then go for it. I even had problem with the registration process and the support was talking to me like as if i owed them thousands of dollars. Thats when i should have understood that things aren't gonna workout here. I wasted a couple of months here just to know that my account has been frozen. Then i say the warning sign on LCB. I must say LCB is always guiding their users no matter what. This is why now i am associated with casinos who are in LCB's good books. I had nothing but good treatment and experiences with them; this was when Frank and Nicholas were the managers. It was for $500 USD, I requested a bank wire thinking oh no can I trust this place or not? Low and behold I could trust them with anything. I received my bank wire just as promised. It took a while longer than expected, but some things are worth the wait. It was nothing to log into your account and find daily free chips, appreciation chips and massive deposit offers with low wagering requirements. My favorite game to play here was Gold Rush. I to this day still love this 3 reel classic. I would sit and play it for hours on end and never get bored, plus it paid out too! I did enjoy some of the video bonus slots like Cleopatra’s Coins. When you went to live chat they would always go out of their way to make sure your question or issue was resolved. To me customer support is key to having a successful online casino if you want to keep lifelong players. I think it is a shame that they stopped accepting and letting USA players play. But ever since the denial of USA players I have seen that they have been going down instead of up. Once again some things are left untouched, but I do realize some things are out of our control especially in this type of business. Let's say you deposited 1 month and Rival decided to launch a new slot. You could guarantee that vegas regal would give out free chips to mark the occasion. Just like if it was xmas, your birthday, easter, firework night... Free chips were given to customers very often and they had extremely generous term's with the chip's. That was part of the fun. You knew that depositing was rewarded and as a result almost didnt care if you lost with your money because you knew in a week or so a free chip would be granted and you get another chance with things. Sadly, things started going down the pan all of a sudden. As I remember things they got rid of their excellent managers and seemed to of fallen into the wrong hands. 1 day they told me they no longer "flush" withdrawal's. Obviously a tactic to try and get people to reverse and lose their balance. Then the free chips started getting fewer and fewer and started becoming really harsh with the rules. I can slightly recall some of them... Say you got a £100 free chip. WR is 40 (or 60) times. Max cashout is £50, but to cashout anything you must have double the bonus balance before you can cashout. So basically you would have to wager £100 40 or 60 times, then have a remaining balance of £200, just to be able to cashout £50. It was a real shame, and now I don't think there are any free chip's given out really by "vegas regal" and I have heard their payout times are just as slow as any other rival casino. I look back and remember the good times at vegas regal. How they were mine and many other's number 1 casino. It's sad how they have now earnt themselves a terrible reputation and i'm in no doubt that no matter what they do, their reputation is beyond any sort of repair... Avoid at all cost's :(

read reviews here for a long time wanted to get such a gorgeous bonus, but according to my observations the casino does not pay, I did not find information about payments from this project. and having received a no deposit bonus, I quickly lost it. without regret.

Warning! This casino is a typical rogue casino. I love Rival games so much bat I had problems in a few casinos from this software. The biggest problem I had was at casino Vegas Regal. I won 400 euros and requested the withdrawal but I never got paid. Not only that a few weeks after I sent all the required documents and the numerous emails. But my account was locked and all of the money was confiscated by the casino with an explanation that this withdrawal was denied because of the use of an electronic device. My withdrawal request was denied by the casino and only my deposit money was returned to the casino balance. I was disappointed and of course I uninstalled their software after this. Keep away from this casino, do not play here and spend your money and time on a game you cannot win. Here and also on other gambling sites You will find nothing but negative comments and accusations about this casino. This is the first casino I will grade with 0 out of 5.

so sad that this casino is now having some problems, I have never having problem with Vegas Regal. they always paid me my winnings and I really enjoyed their games mainly the video slots. I am now banned for the bonuses and I dont even know the reason for it. But I hope in the future they will give me the bonuses again.

At the begining i got plenty free chips,now not so often anymore,but earlier this month i got a $50 free and in May i also got a free chip,so i find them pretty alright.

I started playing with them after some stupid friend of mine recommended me to play here. In the beginning I was satisfied with the site and ha continued to play with them for a long time. I hated the fact that the wagering requirement didnt include video poker as i had been playing video poker and was going with it before i discovered that it is not included in the wagering requirements. I even had a word with admin who was simply negligent of it. Then i had to switch to simple poker and slots and all the time i played video poker and all the achievements were of no worth. After that started winning in poker rooms and slots after a couple of days i was up with 450$ and i processed a withdraw. At first it asked for 2 days of time and then they stopped reverting and at the end they started giving me excuses and froze my account. I was stupid enough to not see the warning put by LCB for this casino and just went by what my friend said. Lcb was always their at my and everyone's assistance. I learned from this mistake and now i check for the casino in LCB then go for it. I even had problem with the registration process and the support was talking to me like as if i owed them thousands of dollars. Thats when i should have understood that things aren't gonna workout here. I wasted a couple of months here just to know that my account has been frozen. Then i say the warning sign on LCB. I must say LCB is always guiding their users no matter what. This is why now i am associated with casinos who are in LCB's good books. I also warn everyone to stay away from his casino as they are nothing but frauds and are here to rob you off your money. Please go for some other casino who are rated good by LCB. I had nothing but good treatment and experiences with them; this was when Frank and Nicholas were the managers. The games on the Rival software were popular back then and so were the promotions and bonuses given to players all the time. I actually got my real first time cashout here. It was for $500 USD, I requested a bank wire thinking oh no can I trust this place or not? Low and behold I could trust them with anything. I received my bank wire just as promised. It took a while longer than expected, but some things are worth the wait. It was nothing to log into your account and find daily free chips, appreciation chips and massive deposit offers with low wagering requirements. My favorite game to play here was Gold Rush. I to this day still love this 3 reel classic. I would sit and play it for hours on end and never get bored, plus it paid out too! I did enjoy some of the video bonus slots like Cleopatra’s Coins. When you went to live chat they would always go out of their way to make sure your question or issue was resolved. To me customer support is key to having a successful online casino if you want to keep lifelong players. I think it is a shame that they stopped accepting and letting USA players play. But ever since the denial of USA players I have seen that they have been going down instead of up. Once again some things are left untouched, but I do realize some things are out of our control especially in this type of business. I do often look through my old emails when I would get special offers just for being a loyal player and come to realize and ask myself, what has happened in the industry over the years? Let's say you deposited 1 month and Rival decided to launch a new slot. You could guarantee that vegas regal would give out free chips to mark the occasion. Just like if it was xmas, your birthday, easter, firework night... Free chips were given to customers very often and they had extremely generous term's with the chip's. That was part of the fun. You knew that depositing was rewarded and as a result almost didnt care if you lost with your money because you knew in a week or so a free chip would be granted and you get another chance with things. Sadly, things started going down the pan all of a sudden. As I remember things they got rid of their excellent managers and seemed to of fallen into the wrong hands. 1 day they told me they no longer "flush" withdrawal's. Obviously a tactic to try and get people to reverse and lose their balance. Then the free chips started getting fewer and fewer and started becoming really harsh with the rules. I can slightly recall some of them... Say you got a £100 free chip. WR is 40 (or 60) times. Max cashout is £50, but to cashout anything you must have double the bonus balance before you can cashout. So basically you would have to wager £100 40 or 60 times, then have a remaining balance of £200, just to be able to cashout £50. It was a real shame, and now I don't think there are any free chip's given out really by "vegas regal" and I have heard their payout times are just as slow as any other rival casino. I look back and remember the good times at vegas regal. How they were mine and many other's number 1 casino. It's sad how they have now earnt themselves a terrible reputation and i'm in no doubt that no matter what they do, their reputation is beyond any sort of repair... Avoid at all cost's :(
