    vegas regal is a beautiful casino but not to pay the wins within 24 hours to the faithful clients is negative. In this way it is impossible to invest the wins in your promotions that then expire. I am disappointed for this because this casino is recidivous. ...... and I am now also getting tired!!!

    Vegas Regal casino does not pay! It is only win of a miserable $ 48. It is the fifth working day but tell me in chat that payment will be maybe next week. So many promotions that make you play. You deposit my money, you're a loyal customer but they always make you sweat for your money. I have already closed my account and I am writing to 4 forums in which i am writing (including another forum). They always speak of Regulation (2 to 5 business days) but on the fifth day vegas regal not pay!

  • the root of every evil is to pick us around players up. they have always told us to respect the rule (the usual 2 - 5 working days) and then I am theirs that don't respect this rule. Their objective is always to make slow payments, to let a fifth day to actually wait, to wait for the weekend and then to pay to next week.
    To this point, I hate their promotions that serve for darkening this disloyalty: to have my wins is an agony!
    I have closed the account and I go to play in the casinos where they pay in 24 hours.

    Dear players, let's rebel against who take immediately our money to play and then they make us suffer for our wins!

    I think "patience" is the key here.  Nic does not control the payment department - he is the casino rep and does a really good job here at LCB.

    This shows the casino are aware that 5 days is quite a while to wait for your cash but these are their rules and unfortunately, we [all gamblers] have to abide by them as it's out of our [all gamblers] control.

    Please be patient as I'm sure your withdrawal will arrive in the stated timeframe.  If it is a little late, well there isn't much that any of use can do about it except continue being patient.

    The payout was only $48 bucks, but I'll have fun with it.

    The frustration part isn't like me, perhaps I was tired from a long week, and let it get the best of me. 

    Nic is a good rep, and he doesnt deserve all the wrath he gets from players like myself who get frustrated.  As stated, he doesnt run the finance dept.

    Your previous post about patience brought it all home for me, and I felt bad after I read it that I lost my patience so easily.

    Its a shame you are so impatient and it's a shame you closed your account because this is one of the top casinos.  No deposit / deposit withdrawal - it wouldn't make any difference at all.

    ....as indeed was expected - you received your money in a timely manner.  There is no way that Nic will be able to guarantee you any future payments within 48 hours if their rules are 5 business days.  If they do change their rules to 48 hours, you will surely receive your money in that time.

    We don't currently offer 48 hour payouts. When we do offer this in the future, which we plan to offer, and if you have an open account with us, we will definitively let you know.

    enough, please do not offend my intelligence. If we want to commend Nick and casino vegas regal for the promotions, I do it well and I am with you; for payments, however, we must all shocked! The problem is not my desire for 48 hours, the real problem is that many forums are full of complaints about payments that are made in the seventh, eighth and tenth day also. Chats are always giving the usual standard response (2 - 5 business day) but now add another 3 days to send the money in wallets. In most, put the days of the weekend and so the payments are made in 15 days! Chatting now say another excuse: "problems with your processor!

    I don't normally get involve...but your remark on Blue sort of offended me actually I felt it was a bit mean. I've known Blue for over a year and I have never seen her not being a fair to anyone in here not to mention that she has never shown or treated anyone in here if any of us is less than smart. She works very hard to bring the best for both members and Casinos, actually she has been more than fair in any occasions.  if you have some problems with some casinos and upset that's understandable but please do not take that angers on someone else. Nicholas is doing what he can, but it maybe will take some time until they can pay as fast as they want. If you don't want to wait there is Rivals that pay much faster. Play there or be a little nicer. Don't be rude to reps who really are doing the best they can for us. They don't have to be here.

    We virtually always pay within the 5 business days promised (and generally earlier); as was your case. To be perfectly honest, there has been a handful of players that have been paid 1-2 business days late. This was a mistake on our end. We contacted the players, apologized to them, gave them free chips and got them paid.

    We treat our 5 business day rule very serious, we understand it is very important for players to receive their money faster. I also agree that the 5 business days should be shortened, which are in future plans.

    I think people reacted the way you did because you seemed to be rude to a person who gives her time to making this a better place. Blue is a really great mod and works to be able to bring you this platform for you to express yourself. It wasn't so much what you said, as how you said it; if you understand. Blue is not one to sensor what you have to say, just how you say it.

    To me, no worries, I'm on your side with getting payout time frames down. And if you have seen a person ever getting late paid by VRC, just know that it is a tiny exception due to un-foreseen circumstances and not something we did un-purpose.

    Also there will always be a margin of error. We deal with a HUGE number of players and payouts, but we deliver on time payment to 99.999% of those players. And the few times we don't deliver within our time frame, it is never more than 1 or 2 days late. We are also always working to reduce our margin of error, as we want to provide satisfaction to all our customers, all the time.

    I also think everyone is on your side Alb777, it is just a matter of how you said what you said, not what you said. Hehe, I hope that makes sense.

    Nich appreciate the work you do and I riopened my account because I know I can count on you! I was just trying to express, but perhaps with the rage that I could avoid, a disappointment for the cashut time of all rival (not just vegas regal, except SlotoCash )....... I especially like that you will pay more on the fifth day when the regularlation also pays for two days ....... therefore, it would, in my opinion, more right to change the regulation by removing the two days and making only five or more days ...... Leaving two days you flatter the players that think that the payments are fast when this is not so! .......
    However, case closed, and apologize again if I offended!
