    I actually decided to go look at T&C's and I have no clue why anyone would consider this a good casino.

    I briefly reviewed because they have a ton of them but here are some crazy, ridiculous, stupid ones I have seen:

    1) They say you can "cashout on a ND bonus 1 time then it is up to management on future free bonuses"
    2) 35x WR.  WTF Id have to be on drugs to play there knowing that WR
    3) $2500 weekly payout.  Pretty pathetic limit.
    4) Looks like they have max cashout on most bonuses.  How do you put a max cashout on a 77% bonuses?

    I am sure there are tons of other silly terms in there.

    How do any of you players actually contribute this this business model?  Every term is directed toward the benefit of the casino. 

    If you play there and haven't read the terms you better do so.

  • It has been almost 4-days now and when I go to Raging Bull's Instant Play website....( https://www.ragingbullcasino.com/play/) all that comes up is a black webpage.

    I have contacted support numerous times about the issue and I keep getting told that it is working fine. I was told to email a screen shot of the webpage to support, and I did about 3 days ago. Tonight I was told that it was a problem only on my computer....which makes zero sense because it is a in the web page that I have been accessing and playing for months.

    Since it is impossible for this problem to be linked to an individual computer, why is Raging Bull not fixing this issue ASAP.

    I currently have a payout that was "processed" 5 days ago that has not hit my bank account yet, the longest it has ever taken Raging Bull, as the processed date has always matched the same date the winnings show up in my bank account.

    Please, Jason.... let me know what is going here??? I have had now 3 separate tech issues with the casino that take days to fix.

    The Raging Bull website no longer has an INSTANT PLAY box to click on homepage, where as Grand Fortune does. The homepage of Raging Bull looks extremely outdated in comparison to Grand Fortune and since they are sister casinos why is Raging Bull not as sophisticated looking??

    Regarding my payout.... in the past the day I received the PAYOUT PROCESSED email from RBC is the same day the winning appear in my bank account. I do not feel comfortable depositing until I receive my winnings, which players are now allowed to do anything even with a pending payout.

    Also, the $45 withdrawal fee never gets waived for me and in RBC T&C it states..."If your request meets the requirements of our terms, then our staff reviewing your request will waive the processing fee. The application of the processing fee is determined by our staff based on the Terms and Conditions of our site at the time of processing your request."

    I have requested if my fee could get waived and it never does. My bank charges an additional $15 wire fee too so that is a total of $65 per payout. How can I qualify to ever get a $45 waived for a payout?

    In the CASHIER the payout is listed under PROCESSED with the rest of a player's processed payout history, but technically the payout is not processed because my banks sees no incoming wire transfer. I bank at an international bank and all wire transfers are immediate no matter what country the wire is coming and going too. Also, my bank charges a standard $15 because all wire transfers are immediate, so there is no wait time. The bank gets sent a wire, the money immediately goes in the account sent too.

    All my other past payouts done at Raging Bull were sent to my bank the day I received the two PAYOUT AUTHORIZED and PAYOUT PROCESSED emails, so I hope my bank is not at fault here.

    I have asked 3 different support agents for this wires transaction # to give to my bank and I keep getting told that it will be emailed to me and it has been over 24 hours and no email has been sent to me.

    My apologies for the delay my dear. My wife and I received some bad news on Monday so I have been out of the office.

    Regarding your withdrawal, the funds should have reflected by now. We have changed nothing on our end and we process withdrawals the same as always. This could be a delay on the processors side. Once we process a withdrawal it leaves our side and ten goes into the processor's queue.

    We waiver fees at our own discretion, but we will PM you regarding the terms.
