    They are not bad at all. I post the terms of most of the bonuses I list. However, sometimes I just post some ad-hoc bonuses on the fly. The terms can also be reviewed in the cashier when claiming the coupon.

    I promise I will never not post the terms because I am scared of them being in favor of the casino. Ask any of the LCB'ers who play at Raging Bull Casino.

    You guys might have received multiple mails as helwin stated. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. If you are unable to claim the bonus, it's due to the fact that you are not in the relevant VIP group.   • I contacted live chat again and this time they told me I was banned for multiple accounts ,which  is not true I have only one account. They told me I had to send in verification documents and wait for them to be approved before they lift the banned.

  • I was able to log in with no issues, but I haven't played in a long while. It is telling me to claim a free $50 no deposit bonus but I am hesitant because I already played one when I registered my account, anyone else claim more than one of these?

  • If it's the green vip bonus, you are fine (well, I am 98% sure) especially if you got notice by email about the new vip levels and your new status.

    I have a comment...     Never had more then one account at any casino. Max cashout of $100 is not worth it. No issues with other players but at least 3 others had the same issue  8'|.

  • I sent my documents they asked me for yesterday and I am still not able to log in.Will probably be banned until Jason is able to fix the problem.I read on here that Jason will be out until Tuesday.

  • let me just add i have received "unable to log on" and "not allowed to log in" messages at other casinos and never asked why.  I contacted live help, did whatever they asked to verify who I was, and was back in quickly.  I am sure if there are no duplicate accounts, or, even if there are some, they will help you get straightened out.  You are only missing the 6 cent tourney at the moment so hopefully you will get back in before another big one comes around!  Just have patience and it will get worked out.

    At one casino, there were like 6 accounts and yes, two ended up being mine - 1 from 5 years ago I used once, the rest my husband....  I had to sign an "I was bad and won't do it again ever" statement and all was well again.  It took about 3 weeks before they let me in, but it's all good again.

    You can alternately PM DeanFTA - he's the banker - and ask, or just go to live help or send support an email.  But, normally any free bonus they put in your cashier you are eligible to take.  It's those you add in the code yourself that can get you feeling in hot water.  Dean has a way of sending you a pop up message  when you try to enter too many free codes and haven't deposited.  Makes you want to run and hide, kinda, but it's just a friendly reminder to deposit.  I'm interested in hearing how your bonus turns out and best of luck when you play!

  • kerch123, did you need some support from Raging Bull because this is the place to find it.  If you want to make complaints, I'm sure your input would be more appropriate on the player complaints topic. 

    Wow, 80x?  I have never seen that with the free chips I have been getting.  And the max withdrawal is different depending on the bonus.  The rep here is always open to suggestions if you have something in mind regarding the bonuses you would like to see.  I've always found the specific terms of the bonuses but in general, if in doubt, ask!  I hope you find a casino you like and trust, it's an awesome feeling compared to what I've been exposed to over the past 10 years or so of playing online.

  • I also had problem with singing in on my Raging Bull casino, and I've talked with Chat support and they told me that my account is banned because there were some "similar" accounts to mine. And it was strange, because I had deposits and withdrawals there without any problem so far, also on Grand Fortune, but there I was able to log in without any problem.
    So I talked with chat support on Grand Fortune and they "activated" my account and now I'm able to log in.

    Alternatively, you can wait until tomorrow, for Jason to be back and I'm sure that he will resolve this issue for you.  thumbs_up

    Sorry for the inconvenience my dear. There were two issues over the weekend. First one RTG were doing some upgrades, thus players were not able to login for a period of time. Secondly, the other issue is pertaining to your account and my call center. They were correct in stating that there are links to other accounts, however if they opened their eyes, they would have seen that those are test account i.e. my accounts that will show links as I have granted you free entries into past tourneys etc.

    I have unlocked your account, so you should be good to go!

    Hi kerch123, 80x playthrough - wow this is insane. This is most definitely not a coupon that I created. In fact I will never auth a coupon code such as this. However, please answer this question: Is it free money and have you deposited at Raging Bull Casino?

    Surely free money is a nice gesture from the casino to reward players either for their loyalty or even their positive contribution toward the casino. If you are not happy with the terms of the FREE money, then surely you don't have to redeem the coupon.
