Playfair Casino/Casino33 ND codes

I know I'm beginning to sound like a spokesperson for Playfair.. but oh well..

I got a call from Greg this evening and apparently there was a problem with my account.. I somehow had two accounts at casino33 and no account at Playfair..
They had already fixed the problem for me and for my inconvience..(which I had none since I knew nothing about it) They gave me a free chip!! I really do feel good about playing with them.. I had to get my account fixed at Casino33 (CJ, you DO have some good people there) and so while the CS was taking my info (They had to wait to fix, but they did fix) and was offered (If I recall correctly) a 300% bonus with NO max cashout..

Maybe you might ask for that..Or I might have been offered that as I have yet to deposit (I'm going to Wally world tomorrow!! I PROMISE!!!)

To Casino Jack:  I played 400% deposit bonus today (spoke to Rosie btw, she was GREAT), made the playthru, and decided to finally cash out 400 dollars.  I left 80 dollars in my account so that I could keep playing a bit.  I contacted live support then b/c I showed 80 dollars still withdrawable, then a bonus of 100 dollars.  Live support was kinda confused by my question, which is this:  If I continue playing, on the 80 dollars withdrawable, will the 100 dollar bonus amount that's showing be deducted from my withdrawal amount of 400 dollars, or no?  Live support kept asking me if I made the playthrough on the 400, which according to the site I did, b/c it was showing as withdrawable.  Please advise, and THANK U

So, I was trying to decide on which casino I would make a dinky deposit tonight to get my moneys worth. After, talking to a few live help from different casinos, Gabe from Casino33 was the best! I think I have spoken to nearly everyone at playfaircasino. I was aware of the playthrough and no max cashout on the 777% but I do not recall or remember being told that there was a max cashout on the insurance second chance bonus. Otherwise I would have only cashed out that maxed bonus and played on the rest just for fun....sigh. My 900 dollar withdrawal. I only received 125dollars of it because apparently there was a 5x amount of deposit max cashout. Gee I wish they would make that known upfront. I am very disappointed. Natalie is looking into it for me. But I know I will never receive that other 775 dollars or even a portion of that money. Because that is they way my luck goes. For the first time in years I actually won money on an online casino and then uggh it becomes a disappointment. I hope in the future I know to ask more questions than I did and get better clarification on the guidelines for the specific bonus. I thought I was being proactive with the questions I asked but I guess I did not ask the right questions. Well...Sorry, I guess if u do decide 2 deposit then u can always just try to redeem NDBN25 @ a later time. They do have some excellent offers @ the moment & u never know how long they will last. I myself made a $50 deposit @ Playfair & even though I didn't make the required playthru in order 2 make a withdrawal, I still did not log off feeling ripped off.

Just wanted 2 make all aware of something I had NO clue of; I guess 4 some1 who's been slotting on-line 4 years, I don't know as much as I thought I did!
As noted in earlier post, I won the jackpot on Alladin @ Casino33; withdrawal is still pending b/c I need 2 get my info 2 them, just haven't had time this weekend.  SO, I go 2 Playfair 2 play on a bonus coupon I rec'd this a.m.  My deposit was denied, & I subsequently rec'd an e-mail from 33 that my withdrawal was denied b/c I tried 2 register account @ Playfair, and that I am now banned from Playfair.  Long story short, but I've just spoken w/ Gabe @ 33 ( he's great, btw), who explained that if u have a w/d pending @ either casino u cannot claim a deposit bonus at the other.  The good news is my withdrawal request will be honored.
SO, I thought if I wasn't aware of this stipulation, perhaps others were not as well.

I agree all the people at playfair has been great. I may not agree with all their decisions but I can't fault them on their professional demeanor and the great customer service. If they can't help you with your request they at least will give you something to keep you coming back. On the whole I have decided that it most likely is better to deposit without a coupon so that there are no playthroughs or restrictions on your withdrawal requests. But coupons are nice too. especially if you r feeling lucky or you ARe jut wanting to play. Just remember to read all the rules pertaining to the coupon and if you can't find the rules or restriction go to live chat and have them explain them to you before depositing that way everyone is on the same page from the git go.

Hi I joined the Playfair casino about a week ago. I got the 55 dollar no deposit bonus when Im contacted support. I have been playing right along withit. I am up to abputm 1300 dollars, I have not met the playthrough. I jus tried to sign in and It says I am not allowed to log in. This is the first and only account that i have played on. I also madwe the mistake with both casinos, casino33, but I got that straightened out with support.
