OK, I went there and they said I had to set-up different email and such, cannot use email I originally used to set up account at Casino33...

I used the same email at both casinos...

i got an email from playfair (it was in my spam) asking me to send them my log-in name so they could put money in my account. I sent them the info and within 5 minutes i got another email stating the money was there. I checked my account and found 50.00. 

Yes I changed it all (Slightly) and they deposited the amount..Hmmm..Ok, not that I mind, I like to "Play fair" as always...(Oh wow what a play on words!)

you do need a different user name for how or it will regester you at both different name give you two account at two casinos the way it should be

i find it amazing that after i told eveyone what i learned at chat at playfair  now the truth is coming out i went back to them and talked to a manager they are going to give us a special free code just for this site and even if youv'e used a free chip they will honor an other one in a row yababy so if you haven't used the code yet go use it so you can get the second one when it comes like the name saids we need to playfair

Well I made the playthrough on the $55 N/D chip.  My first one!  It was incredible and almost unbelievable.  I had over $4000 when I hit the playthrough and it took me down to $55 which is the max cashout.  Tomorrow I will find out the payout methods and take it from there.

All I can say is Jimbeaux rocks (once again)

i was able to redeem NATCEND50  for $50.
I also spoke to Freddy & they are having tech probs.  He told me (also) to come back in a cpl hours.  That was when I redeemed the aformentioned code.  Didn't last as long as I'd hoped, but I admit that the slots are "looser" than most other RGT's I've played at.
Nevertheless, I had fun, and based on current posts regarding this casino, I may indeed make a real deposit here.  But that's not written in stone either 
For now, I wait & see.

yes....i decided to take a freechip....and then found out about casino33 and playfair going their separate ways, therefore recommended i open another account with a different email address....since i opened a casino33 account previously, i opened a new one with playfair...after contacted live support told her that i have two accounts with different email addresses and told her "Jimbeaux told me to do it" !  - she told me to hold on while she checked - she comes back and says "yes you have two accounts that  are active,  i will put your bonus in your account"..sure enough $55 was in my account - how easy & weird was that?
