I had a ND bonus @ Miami Club and I completed the wr. The 1st time I tried to withdraw, I had to play ~ $1249 more until it was cleared before I could request a withdraw.

After clearing the amount needed, I ended up running really hot and got the account up to $3000+

I have requested a withdrawal and it is currently processing. About 12hrs later I received email requesting ID Documents, so I sent immediately.

Should I prepare for bad news, or if I am this far I should be ok? thx

You should be glad that they didin't. You should reverse your withdrawals (they won't pay you more than 150$ anyway) and have some fun with playing until you will have just 150$ in your balance (which is your max cashout). You will earn more comp points that way which can be spent to get free chips again (VIP Club) or to get some kind of VIP status, I'm not sure how it works in Miami Club. 

I have not earned a single comp. point. Maybe a deposit is required to trigger vip?

I can't help you with this one, I'm not sure if I am registered there or not (probably yea, as I have account almost everywhere  ) - however I'm not a regular player there so I don't know how theri VIP club works . I just gave you a clue that sometimes it's work playing until you have only max cashout money (for example: at Club World Casinos group you get comp points this way which can be exchanged for cash with no WR).

well I can now add Miami club casino to my list my only issue with them was I could not cash their check for the life of me, had my mom deposit it and it was all bad lol they wouldn't cash it.
