Hello, I won at Monarchs online casino on a no deposit bonus but the ISSUE is that it has been exactly 2 months now and I still have not received my payout and I have emailed them probably once if not more every week to find out when ill be getting it and they did email me back but they haven't in weeks now and they supposedly have approved it and I did all the requirements for authorization and all that and yet I still have not got my $120 I won. I really love this casino in my heart but I really really hate to say they are ridiculous on paying up. Funny thing is they have no problems taking my money within probably 5 minutes time but payouts taking over 2 months is not going to win them a 5 star rating that is for sure!
