I got through 4500 playthrough and waiting on 160 now and didn't make a deposit got it on the freebies but this is a test to see if they come through and how long right now I'm not impressed

They use any little loophole to not payout winnings beware even using ur store points. I had them close my account today cuz they denied my payout winnings.

No. I was going to turn around and deposit some of my winnings back in. There are a couple of weekly coupons I really liked and used almost every week, so I was headed back to the coupons page and nothing. Not one coupon or promotion code. I thought, that's weird so I logged out and back in. Still nothing. Again, I thought that was weird but I got sidetracked with my normal everyday life and didn't get back in the casino for a few days. So I log in and again, nothing. I reached out to customer support and the only thing they could tell me is there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked why? Again, all I was told there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked if they could tell me when there would be any available. Again, there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. So, I came to decide, since I knew I had a page full of coupon codes up until I received my withdrawal, that since I have made a successful withdrawal I can no longer claim any coupon codes. This has happened to me in one other online casino but it was quite some time ago and I actually had forgotten about it. Anyway, when I asked the support rep why this is, again there are no coupons available for my account right now. So I will no longer play here at Slotastic. It sucks cause I honestly loved this casino, it's games and bonuses. But I do not like the way they treat their loyal, depositing customers. Coupon codes are a great way to play with a small amount and have a better chance to win something and if by a slim chance I make it through the sometimes very large playthrough, you take away all the perks i had before I withdrew? That's dirty business to me and I won't spend one more time here. So if you ever what to withdraw and keep playing here with coupons, I absolutely cannot recommend Slotastic. They won't answer questions and refuse to reward loyal depositing customers.

its a fun casino and I like the new world aspect it has. Never been able to cash out and kyc is hard to get through...at least for me

Another re-skin of the same crash bandits and friends this game selection is so one dimensional and so common I just dont think there is anything worth picking this one over all the other options out there.

I signed up and then immediately was blocked from playing or logging in. So I was unable to claim any no deposit bonuses, make any deposits, pass KYC and withdrawal. So that leaves me unable to leave an opinion on this particular casino.

One of my least favorite options I've played. Bonuses were removed after one win on a free bonus with a max. Currently still get no deposit or free bonuses six months later. Never played again

Well after lots of money lost I finally hit enough to withdraw around 1K I immediately lost ALL bonus coupons, idk why some of these casinos cut your bonuses off so fast, I've never deposited again and never will, but I've defiantly deposited on other sites, seems like a dumb policy imo
