Players from Illinois are accepted at this casino

Players are advised to use an extreme caution upon deciding to play here. Slot Madness and sister casinos are known for extremely slow payments and poor customer support. They tend to pay the players, however payments are usually issued after a month+ , which is unacceptable business practice.

Overview

Slot Madness is a name that might suggest bucketloads of fun at first, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. These guys are actually right because they couldn’t have thought of a name more appropriate than this one.

But in a BAD way.

This is madness - as in going insane. You will probably go mad if you end up playing here, simply due to the fact that payments are very, very tricky here!

This is a venue that started off in 2009, and it operated under the infamous Ace Revenue Group moniker. Along with all of its sister sites, it’s always brought about nothing but trouble.

Once owned by Warren Cloud, it’s changed hands since then, and is now part of the blacklisted casino group widely known as Virtual Casino Group.

Originally hailing from Costa Rica, the business has been relocated to Czech Republic, and now runs under the jurisdiction of Curacao, it’s pretty much obvious that everything about Slot Madness casino is just shady stuff.

And…

…they have still somehow managed to end up in the club of the chosen few venues that offer a banking option called Players Rewards Card. This is a payment method reserved exclusively for players from the US.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

Even though we use these two words to best describe an online betting business, and to discern whether it suits the needs of players, these are the last two words one would use to describe this casino.

Throughout the years of their existence, they have always been rogue, and it seemed as if they could not be bothered to even try and make things right.

At first, they were powered by Real Time Gaming, but in 2013 they’d changed their software provider to NuWorks and we assume they’d lost many customers in the process.

Slow payments and troubles with the interpretation of various rules in their terms and conditions have led to an ever-growing number of players complaining about this business and the way they run things.

Player Complaints

Over here at LCB we always listen to what our fellow LCB’ers have to say, especially if it’s complaints, as we always try to help and make things right for the players. On our forum, you can read about thousands of personal experiences, and in case of Slot Madness, they usually aren’t good.

Slow payments…

…and even voided winnings due to supposedly broken rules and non-compliance with terms and conditions. We’ve heard people complaining about very poor customer service and rude staff, too…

Conclusion

All things considered, we are surprised that sites like this still exist and have customers. This should be avoided like the plague. If you still somehow end up here, please approach this venue with extreme caution.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
