When I needed support it was like I was a pain in the butt I have to get them to do anything they kept telling me I had done something that I hadn’t done and then they blocked my account whenever I had a balance and I was never able to get a hold of them

I won a few times and got my money every time. If it take a few weeks you are still getting your money so I am saying they do pay you.

Well I never cashed out because 9 days was way too long for but I redeposited it in 20 increments. But also doing that gave me alot of points for free stuff on there site.

Just skip this casino. It is the experience I would like to forget. It gets ugly in a hurry.

Cleo VIP violated their terms and conditions and they refused to issue me a refund after 2 days of messaging back and forth. The agent first lied about their terms and then kept changing her stort. I requested a refuns and was told to email support who wont respond to any messages.

This site is a SCAM! Do NOT deposit here. They don't pay out normally with a check. They only pay by international wire transfer, or through Upay, which is also international wire transfer. Being from a small town my bank doesn't have that option. Contacted customer support, the man was so rude. I asked for a refund...

I asked for a refund of my deposit (put back onto the card they took it off of, which is less than half of what I was trying to claim) instead of paying me what I won. He said "not going to happen" So i basically paid to play games that I could have played for free on my desktop.. and that's that. This guy even told me just to play it all back. Wth? Super shady. I'm beyond angry. The mobile site clearly states that check is an option for payment. As does cleos vip website. They have not updated anything.
