  • they claim they will refund the fees if you prove you have received them but not from pasteandpay only cc or checking also prepaid you cant get statments on and they also are taking day to refund this what bull another game from them i think this is the final straw time to teach them a lesson i think i may dispute this with the bank and see what they have to say when i get everything back

  • I usually do not say this but i feel like  you got what you deserved. You got help with this casino and ignored the advice given to keep playing here hence the warning. If the bank does a charge back you might get blacklisted on all the casino's. I have nothing more to say  8'|  frown.

    Hi Jewelnurse: If you complete the playthrough and you have not yet reached 250 USD, then you will be able to continue playing until you reach that amount. Then you will have to cash out.

    With regards to leedigi's complaints on fees: this is NOT a fee that we charge. This depends solely on the customer's bank. We work with several payment processors in order to process credit card transactions, and some of them may be considered "foreign" by the bank. Which means that, if your bank charges a fee for foreign made transactions, then you will be charged such fee whenever your transaction goes through such processor. Still, if a customer claims that they have been charged fees by their bank due to some transactions made at Cleos, we always look to compensate them with a free bonus that is equal or exceeds the total amount of the fees generated by their bank. We are not able to "refund" the fees because they are not charges we made, but the bank.

    I don't know why Cleo's is being singled out on this- I am charged fees for every casino I play at no matter what deposit method I use and no one but Cleo's has offered to pay those fees back..and yes the fees are stupid and I hate them but the majority of casinos (or banks) charge them- or at least the ones I have used for years have.
  • 2 weeks ago had a nice win on Cleos. Sent in all docs on 11/24. They requested a couple more so  all was received by 11/26. Now its 12/8 and still waiting. This was my first time playing at Cleos and read some positive reviews and I love their games. Its still within the 5-12 business days they claim but nearing the latter part of it. I really would love to continue playing here in the future if the cashout process is somewhat fast.

  • I received my check 10 days after my docs were approved (8 business days) so be patient- it should happen and honestly I don't think that is an unreasonable amount of time to take..

    I think you were referring to me masskat, leedigi was just commenting on the process. I did get in touch with the Cleos rep last week and they were very helpful. I got an email last Thursday that my prize was processed sucessfully and I would be receiving it in 2-7 days but I'm not familiar with the process after that if you get a separate email with tracking or it just shows up since this was my first time.
  • yes it was you I was referring to trayber..I don't remember getting any emails on my withdrawal but I was sort of doing an experiment which  was to see how long they took without asking them along the way..if my memory serves correctly I think I received a tracking notice that I got the same day I got the check-anyway best of luck- glad this was (almost) resolved for you.

  • No issues with the first payment. Received just like promised within the 7 days from the congratulations email. Will update after the next max payout is processed. Cleos rep here is very helpful and easy to work with.  smiley 

  • Hi I'm now having issues receiving the rest of my payout. I've tried to message the cleos rep about it but they haven't replied anymore. They were really helpful in getting me my first installment of $2,000 and found a great alternative method since they were having processor issues but since then the live support keeps telling me there is processor delays etc even though they advertise weekly payouts. I understand there was 2 holidays since my last payout however its been 2 1/2 weeks. I'd just like an update but have been unable to get one.

    So my initial payout request was 11/24, I received 2k on 12/19 and its now 1/5 and waiting on $2,037 remaining payout.

    Their probation status is up now and I will be assessing what was done in the last 90 days. However in the light of this new delay and some recent reports I got the other day , it does not look good for Cleo's

  • Just to update everyone. Marking the probation topic as FAILED.

    We have placed Cleos VIP back on our warning list. The reason is the same as before and what got them on this list initially... the long delays in withdrawals.

    Unfortunately the promises and assurance given by Cleos management turned out to be a fairy tale. Not only that the processing issues were not solved, but we also expected more from the Rep ( ie, more activity, swifter replies etc ).

    We expected more transparency and honesty during this process. Some of the tough questions presented in this topic also went unanswered.

    Until something seriously change, this casino ( although they [technically] claim to be something else , probably due to legal issues ) will remain with a warning next to their name.

    We did try and give them a second chance and try prove themselves to players. However I don't think they took it seriously enough.

  • Just to update I did finally receive the tracking info on my remaining payment. So it took about 5 weeks. However, most of the frustrations could have been eliminated if the casino was more communicative and sent email updates. Obviously if they could sort out the processor delay issues would help as well. The Cleos rep here was active and despite the processor issues last month they found a wonderful alternative method to get me my first payment just before Christmas and pretty much inline with their normal payout times. I really did appreciate that it seemed like they went the extra mile to get me the payment within their defined times.

    This was my first experience playing at Cleos so I wasn't sure what to expect but I only put in $20 and received cashout of 4k.

    So to summarize:

    Cashout 11/24
    Received congratulations email 12/11
    Received payout 12/19

    Received 2nd congratulation email 1/16
    payment expected delivery via FedEx 1/27

  • Well I still get free chips from Facebook contests and have fun playing.  Things were slow but I always got paid, which is more than I can say for some other sites that never sent my winnings.  I guess if you like the games but not Cleo's you could play slots on their Facebook app, Cleo's casino.  Hope they work their way back into good standing.  Seems my favorite places to play get fewer all the time.

After submitting my documents that evening, I received $645 in my Paytoo account this morning 11/4/15. Less than 48 hours from start to finish and less than 36 hours since my docs were submitted.
