  • I'm thinking 25free is working again..when I put it in it says claimed max times instead of ineligible like yesterday.  No email but I remember last week people were able to claim it on Thursday.

    What kills me is. They target US players. And it's the US players that keeping them afloat. Players outside the USA can pretty much play at any casino software they choose. I highly doubt they are playing at BETONSOFT casino. They would damn near be out their minds, if they did.

  • I got another email for the free $25 today and decided to write to support at Grand Eagle about the offer vs. the rule about US. They answered pretty quickly and this is what they said:

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You are correct in saying that you can claim it but you will not cash out on it. What is eligible to you is the 125% match bonus that you can withdraw if you have won anything from it after meeting your wagering requirements.


    I have sent back another question and asked them why this is the case... will let you know what they say about it if they get back to me on this.

  • I remember another set of casinos that did this, come to find out in the low down and dirty.. they instead used fetious rules, (unknownist to us) they claimed USA players abused the bonuses, so they made that the rule.. couldn't cash out on the free ND's but could if you'd deposit, all players should get the same treatment we know.. but pick n choose they do!

    I could understand that if I had been to any of their casinos before, But this is the first and only casino in their group I've ever been to. I hardly call that abuse! The other reason the rep that called me gave was that their software is written to be loose on the free spins and then is supposed to tighten up when you get to the playthrough spins. He said that mgmt. had decided that it was too big a risk to take that someone would actually make it through and be able to cash out back in July. I guess that their software uses a different algorithm in the random number generator sequence during those 2 phases of a ND bonus. It's as if he was surprised that I had actually made it through. It's not supposed to happen! Anyway, that's the first and only time I'll be playing at their casinos. I thank everyone in this forum for listening and good luck to everyone!

    No, they could not get into the actual email in your account... they don't need to... since you can view it online by clicking that link, the whole thing is a link and all they have to do is change the page that link is pointing at and it would change on their site and in your email because everytime you open that email it is actually calling up the link and that is what you are actually viewing. Now, if there is other information in the body of the email that is outside of the link they can't change that... it is direct to email, not linked to email. Anyway that is the way I believe it works... I ain't no guru... laugh_out_loud

  • I had something like this happen to me. I had got a email saying claim 2 deposit bonuses, and receive 25 free spins. Well I claimed the 2 deposit bonuses the exact same day I got the email. Well when I went to claim the free spins, live support told me that promotion had expired. I said BS, I just received the email today. He said go back and read the email at the bottom.   • While I agree on some points and by no means are they a favorite casino of mine....they seem to have somewhat consistently still offered freebies to US customers even after the somewhat recently shutting out of US customers by most casinos.  It seems like people get upset with this group because they offer more rewards to non depositors than depositors or the unseen "invite list" they always talk about includes some but not others.  If they would just offer straight across the board or show more loyalty to depositors they would find more would be loyal to them or actually like them.  When it comes to this group and a freebie is found somewhere they have everyone and anyone trying to manipulate them to give it to them (including myself).  I guess my point is they need to just be more consistent and ALWAYS give the freebie to depositors if they are going to give it to non depositors.

    You are right if you are a USA player you can't cash out on the free chip... I wrote and asked them after finding it in the terms and conditions and this was their answer:

  • @genchat To be honest. Genesys has came in and ruined this group of casinos. I used to be a $500 a week depositor. I no longer do so because of 'ZERO' Freebies. A friend of mines deposited "1" times. And gets freebies nearly every week. Not only that...Current promos sucks! The CS has went down hill. They used to be very friendly and helpful. But now they are arrogant. The game payout was poor in the beginning. Now its even worse. Sorry but teaming with Genesys was a big mistake.
