No Deposit: Grand Eagle, Lucky Creek, Mandarin, Treasure Mile and Wizbet

I received an email from MP, but couldn't redeem it, it said claim max numbers of times, so I contacted chat and he manually credit it for me, so here is the trick.  Even thou you have not received an email yet or won't receive an email from the casino, contact support why u can't redeem bla bla bla, you might get your bonus this way.  gl

well contacting support did me no good again.  They always say sorry but your not on the list.

Im just wondering how to get on the list.. obviously depositing doesn't help because those I have deposited at .. I got nothing there nor the ones I did not deposit at.  Oh well I guess its a secret as to who qualifies? If this continues I will just decide they no longer qualify for my deposits too.

Ok, received an email from each casino, but was able to redeem only at lucky creek and wizbet.  Contacted live chat at MP and was manualy redeemed for 25 and was denied at TM.  I waited for one hr later, contacted chat and saw Denise, she manually redeemed at GE for me, here is the chat at GE and TM

  I did this, spoke with support and they credited me free spins on Age of Spartan but the game wouldn't load..quick error msg saying will have to close game ...back to chat and told to check Flash .. Flash is fine, rebooted just to be safe started casino again..went to the game and same msg..went back to chat and after a bit told...problem is with my operating system..Vista doesn't run all/some and my option is to upgrade or downgrade to XP!  To be fair, he was nice about it..but this strikes me as silly!

I was told you cant cash out 2 free chips at any one casino. I cashed out at a GP casino (Casino Grand Bay) on a free chip then tried again and was denied.

I was told that you can only cash out on the first freebie you ever use..after that it is just for "fun".  I'm sure I could have pushed the issue but every rep says something different.

FYI just found a FREE25 code for Lucky Creek.  These change weekly and are not the same casino for every person.  CHECK YOUR EMAIL to see if you got an email.

It also seems as if all of the casinos were merged to one system so when  you log in all of your points are combined from all casinos.

I got "you have claimed this the max times" so I went to support who did credit it.  Then again I really did get an email so that is probably why I had no issue.  As Tinmanfan said she got hers at TM this week.  Last week I got it at GE and the week before I missed but it was for WB.  Hope this helps

I found a couple of interesting paragraphs in Grand Eagle's Bonus Terms

First one: US players are not eligible and may not claim any Free Welcome Bonus Offer from our casino (either by invite or via our website). Free Welcome Bonus Offers refers to any offer made by our casino or an affiliate that does not require a deposit (e.g. free cash to play at the casino or free spins). Should such an offer be claimed by a US player, all winnings resulting from it will be made null and void. (The interesting thing about this is, when I put in the code and claimed it, it said it was a welcome bonus... only I registered at this casino a couple of years ago.)

Second one: Where a player has won using their second free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), no withdrawal will be permitted but the player will be able to claim these winnings as 100% deposit match bonuses for a period of 6 months from the date of their original win.

Treasue Mile and Grand Eagle gave me the 75$ for Silver with a Good Luck and no problems
Lucky Creek was only going to give me 100% match until i pointed out that i should get the bonus for what they call Deputy which is the same as silver. Tony said yes i was correct "under the new system"" i was to get the 75$.
It was there and then it disappeared
Neil then said no "under the new system" i had already been given the bonus and he wasn't going to give it back.
I have never deposited with Mandarin or WizBet so i did't try those.
