I got the email and contacted support yesterday.  They would not honor it even though I copied the email in the chat.  Woke up this morning to an email that said I could claim the code. 

Also,  when I logged in to Treasure Mile, there was a comment on my account that again stated I could claim the bonus.

Lost in all in a few minutes.   but at least I got it.

No, did not have to uninstall/reinstall.  Yes, have had this account and have not made a deposit at this particular casino.

I got an email.  It says "You are not eligible for this bonus".  I was told by support it was for new players although I've heard from others it was redeemed and they have had accts forever.
