I like playing the Betonsoft casinos but Roadhouse Reels is a disappointment. They make you jump through hoops to get paid on a withdrawal and customer service is not very helpful.

I wanted to play at roadhouse reels very badly , but they only took Visa, so after getting some free spins & playing a little that just made me want to play even more then their birthday celebration came up talking about free spins, the wild joker dropping free money in random accounts, tournaments, Oh they glorified it...

So I’ve raised my bets and went to the slot Age of Spartans. So I had wagered all my winnings and left 200€ in my account. I requested then a payout to Neteller. They sent me an Email about requested documents. No problem. They were approved quickly. Someone of their friendly support called me then to verify all my data (kind of annoying though) and my account was verified. I received then a couple of days ago 150€ due to a max cash out rule. To be honest I did not expect to receive any money from them due to bad reputation. Later then I made a deposit of 25€ and claimed a 100% match bonus but lost it very quickly at the slots Small Soldiers and Big Game. Then, the whole following week they’ve tried to reach me via a phone call.
