A bit of encouraging news is the right recipe for a well-balanced weekend and the start of the next week: three formerly blacklisted online casinos are off LCB's naughty list and have been placed on probation because they have been taken over by reliable new management, working around the clock to get their reputation back on track.
The casinos were blacklisted after we received numerous complaints regarding slow payments and unresponsive support. The sites also served as one of the rare cases of Microgaming casinos not paying their affiliates after putting their US operations to a halt, even though they continued to serve existing US clients – thus breaking contractual obligations.
It's Never Too Late to Mend
The three casinos in question are Casino Grand Bay, Lake Palace and Road House Reels…
...and they are now under completely new ownership that is working on regaining clients’ trust and rebuilding these brands’ reputation. The new management, Genesys Tech N V, is the same team that operates popular gambling hubs such as Treasure Mile, Lucky Creek and Grand Eagle.
For these reasons, as of June 6th 2019, these three casinos have been placed on probation, hoping that they would be let completely off the hook once the probation period ends.
You, as our members, are invited to track their progress on this thread and send us your own feedback and voice concerns, questions and complaints.
All About the Human Factor
In October last year, we brought you a step closer to improvement when we conducted an interview with the new management team…
...in which we inquired about the process of Planet Casino's (another formerly blacklisted site) change of business practice for the better.
It has been revealed to us that the first step taken was the full overhaul of the casino's image: it was completely rebranded, the logo and the interface were redesigned so that the old, unfair associations were long gone and forgotten in the minds of players and partners.
Then came the period of retention of the existing player database in order to make them feel welcome in the casino. Along with new software providers that have been contributing to casinos' gaming library, Genesys management began offering tremendous bonuses to players – and keeping their promises of payouts!
So there you have it, folks – another “all's well that end's well” tale of rogue casinos seeing the light. Remember, these three are still not completely off the hook, but with the management that has proven themselves worthy of the task in the past, we are certain that it's only a matter of time before we bring you a final verdict, that will hopefully be the one we're all expecting and hoping for.

If the odds are not running at all in the most common ways there is something wrong. With that said just don't let your dollars go chasing after the ones that produced nothing close to fair odds. Meaning you can change the management but you can't change the color of greed. When a long time player sees the odds are so...

Meaning you can change the management but you can't change the color of greed. When a long time player sees the odds are so clearly tweaked and not in the players favor. It is not good.

It should be good that some troubled casinos are acquired by good casinos anyway, probably, the problems were not too serious to be sold to the bigger operator. I personally didn't get attracted to the slots of this software. I received many free bonuses to play, but the game never paid big wins, and also mostly boring...

I personally didn't get attracted to the slots of this software. I received many free bonuses to play, but the game never paid big wins, and also mostly boring over a few dozens of spins. And I didn't really see any screenshots of big wins from this software, as far as I remember. Good news, though.
