    We had an issue with a group of wires that were sent in specific period of time. We are running an investigation with our bank, but meanwhile we re-sent the payements.

    In general, everything is the same. You have requested yours on Thursday, so it was probably sent yesterday, Monday, or will be sent today.

  • Hi Dan. My withdrawal was approved 12/8 but no wire received. Live chat tells me I have to contact finance because there is "a delay with processing all withdrawals". So far, finance hasn't responded to my 3 emails to them.

    I understand occasional payment problems to US players but why not respond to emails?

    Regarding the first one: the payout of the machine is some %. and it goes up and down around it. The machine doesn't know that you've met wagering requirements or not.....

    Regarding the second question: unless you have multiple users on these IP's, which i assume you don't- then you won't have any problems. The problems start when there are many users on same IP and some related issues that might suggest some "fraud" activity.

    Nothing related to you having different IP's there and there.

    1. The withdrawals are rather similar between the brands with small differences and the amount varies according to player class.

    2. You can withdraw by wire, Neteller. Not by Moneybookers.

    3. It will take you 2-3 days for FB approval (but you can send before).
    the actual withdrawal will take 7-8 days (business)

    4. Our brands are Winpalace, CasinoTitan and Slotsjungle- RTG's ; and GoldenCherry- Rival. Mayflower is no longer ours and is closed.

    Regarding the docs: if they say that something missing, then you will need to send it.

    Regarding MB: there is no option to request a withdrawal by MB, even in the system.  Can you use wire, neteller or check?

    I did so: I've sent what requested. But I was writing above that in the FB there's written into withdrawal methods  also Mb, I'm sure (GCcasino).
    On the contrary at SJ there's no this method , but only wire and Net. Pls take a look at the FBs , they're similar , but not the same.
    I think they wrote if isn't possible Mb at GC as they 've done for the missing doc.I think we must have correct infos, cause even the withdrawal method can make the difference.I had Neteller , for istance, but I've closed my account, cause they made a great mass 3 times with my money.

    I am a long time player at Win Palace and I was quite disappointed this weekend.  It was my birthday Sunday and I asked live chat for a free chip.  They told me they couldn't give me one.  I mentioned that I have deposited thousands of dollars with your casino and it seemed odd that they wouldn't do it.  The operator told me to hold and came back with a $10 chip.  Now mind you, I appreciate every freebie your casino has given me and I appreciated the $10. 

    My grievance was regarding the email I received today - a birthday bonus of 300% or such.  I wrote the person back and told them I was disappointed and have since removed Win Palace from my computer and they have lost a loyal player.  It may not be alot of money to some, but $500 plus per month deposited is alot to me.  It seemed like a slap in the face.  I'm not asking for anything free, I just wanted to let you know.

    (Jackpot Capital gave me $50 and I haven't deposited there in over a year, Bovada nee Bodog gave me $250 and have not deposited in over a year.)

    But, I would like you to clarify how the group determines whether a player can receive deposit bonuses.

    It appears, based on my experience and the experiences of others; that once you win and request a withdrawal, you are banned from claiming any deposit bonuses. Regardless of whether you remain a loyal depositor.

    Is this true and if so, why are these terms not posted on the casinos websites?

    60.00 of my play and all it did was paid me 15.00 then it will take that

    I received a withdrawal wire transfer approval early on the 23rd.  Since the funds haven't popped in yet, I went on Live Chat to get an update.  The agent then informed me that a check was sent in the mail instead, taking 10 more business days.  He said they chose this option because it would be "quicker".  I never authorized nor was informed of this ridiculous change.  Please look into it for me.

Well, after approval I requested my first"trance" of 500 and get it on 25th of january (wednesday)on my Mb account.Now it's gone one week, 7 days, but my second withdrawal is still on pending and reversal status.   • daniel,  i am in the process of getting my documents approved and hopefully getting a cashout from my 50 cashback.  I am truly AMAZED at the inefficiency that slots jungle can pretend to be operating at with such comfort.  Have you ever brought it to their attention that people expect to be treated at least like freaking morons who could have a slight chance of understanding how the world normally works.  my chat with lily has left me thinking that by the time it is all over i will be telling slots jungle to stick my  500 into their customer service training plan.  on a scale of one to ten ....two so far....go figure

    Thanks for getting back to me. On February 8th I receieved an email from Johnny@slotsjungle. He stated the casino was closing my accout and my depsoits were to be refunded back to my refund source (which is my bank). I waited then ten business days and absolutely nothing. I call customer support and they told em they could not help I had to contact finance despartment. I emailed Johnny and finance at slotsjngle and have not heard anything. I emailed Lily and vip at slots jungle and absolutely nothing.  This is so ridiculous!!! I want my refunds.  My account id at slots jungle is espey0008.
