I think that the main problem in your case was with the automatic email that informs that payment went out. If you would receive an email a week ago that the check was sent- it wouldn't need to worry.
I've asked them to check why it didn't go out and fix the issue.

Glad you got your withdrawal couchboy. Once you have been verified for withdrawals, I would say that should be it but only Daniel will be able to confirm this for sure. It would be pretty unusual to pass all their checks only to have them done each time you make a withdrawal.

I need your assistance in a HUGE way ... I am Golden Parrot VIP status at Slots Jungle as of a week ago, which is one level below their highest level. As of today my $3000 withdrawal which I requested on Tuesday September 25th is still sitting there pending! My balance is now over 16000 in the casino (which doesnt include the pending $3000) and there is absolutely nothing that I can do .... right now I can only request $3000 at a time and cannot request another withdrawal until the one that is pending has been approved and removed. This is crazy! Even Isabelle in chat told me that it should have never been sitting there that long. So I have no idea what is going on. I know they have a limit on what you can request, however that should be on a daily basis. I should be able to request a withdrawal every day if I choose since their terms state that it takes "up to 4 days" to approve a withdrawal. The way that it is right now it has been 7 days, they haven't approved the withdrawal I cant withdrawal anything else until that has cleared the system. Having to wait 4-8 days to request a withdrawal because there is one pending is simply ridiculous. I also would like to to check if they can increase my withdrawal limit and lower the approval time for my account with them. I deposit quite a bit of money with them every single month and I feel as though I am being stonewalled now since I have had some luck! Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for following up, however, my request for the $3000 withdrawal is still pending and it has now been exactly 7 days since I first requested it ... I still have another $16,000 that I need to withdrawal and with this taking so long I am beginning to get a little concerned that they are dragging their feet or are going to try and find a way to keep me from receiving my winnings. I should be able to request a withdrawal at any time should I win and not have to wait for the request that is pending to clear the system before I request another. I know their terms state,The minimum withdrawal is $/€100. All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $/€3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take "up to 4 business days". I am third level VIP, one below the highest, I deposit with them multiple times per week and have withdrawn from them before so why is it that it is taking this long to approve my withdrawal? Are they having cash flow problems? As far as my account goes, it should not even take 4 days for them to approve my withdrawal since they have all of my documentation and I have withdrawn from them in the past. I also feel that, as their terms state, if you are lucky enough to be able to ask for the max of $3000, then you should be able to receive that without a hassle. The way that it is right now it has been 7 days, they haven't approved the withdrawal, I was told that their finance department does not work on Fridays, Sat or Sundays, so even if they approve it tomorrow, it will be the same darn thing over and over again ... requesting on a Tuesday and not getting approval until the following Tuesday or Wednesday, not to mention the 7 days it takes to receive my winnings. They also ignore my request for wire transfer and send a check. The way it stands right now, I cant withdrawal anything else until that has cleared the system. Having to wait 4-8 days to request a withdrawal because there is one pending is simply ridiculous. Even if it hasn't been approved as of yet, the date is on the request, so why cant I ask for another withdrawal, since it is a different date? I sent an email to the finance department directly and haven't heard a word. I hate to be a pain, but please see if you can get this resolved for me. I followed the rules, made the play through, happened to get lucky and now I am stuck in limbo. Thanks in advance for your help.

I just spoke with Julia from Slots Jungle and she contacted the finance department and told me that they had experienced some delays and that they would be processing my payout today, however, I believe that they are only going to approve $1000, Please see what you can do to get that limit raised for me to at least $2000 or the max of $3000 (which I would prefer). Also please check into getting my approval time shortened, since I am a regular depositor and player. Thanks for all your do! I know you work hard and I greatly appreciate your help. -

I hear ya dog! Here is how Julia explained to me ... she said that you can "request" between $100 - $3000 per week ... my question is ... where does it say "per week" in their terms and conditions? Pretty much you are at their mercy when it comes to "requesting" and "receiving" ... I requested $3000, they approved only $1000, denied the other $2000 and put it right back into my account. In fact, they did it while I was playing ... good thing I noticed that. I immediately went to the cashier and requested 3 separate withdrawals for $1000 each ... today is Tuesday, so I guess this withdrawal is not going to get approved until next week, as they say "up to 4 business days" (which by the way, they take the entire 4 days and then some AND the finance department only operates Mon - Thurs ... hows that for having the deck stacked against you? I am also sure that they will once again deny 2 of the withdrawals and only approve $1000 just like they did this week. This is getting very tiresome for me and it really is not fair to have to wait that long for your money when you are lucky enough to win. They take your money right away but make you wait when you try and get it back. OH and don't forget that it takes "at least" 5 days for the wire to get to your bank! So the way it stands right now, $1000 every 2 weeks is about all I am going to get unless Daniel can do something to get them to pay me more at one time. I NEVER had this problem when Microgaming was catering to US players, when I requested $3000 or more, I was always paid the full amount and the entire process from request, to approval, to receiving was never more than 3 days. You can't tell me that it takes 4 days to approve a withdrawal when you have cashed out with them before. In fact, it should pretty much be automatic ...Why even have VIP levels if your cash outs don't amount to squat anyway! I have been depositing with them for a while now and feel that those of us who are regular VIP players should be treated to faster and bigger payouts. I know this, if something isn't done to get my money quicker for me, then they are going to lose a customer. I have over $12000 sitting there in the casino and all I can get is $1000 of it every 2 weeks? That's pretty crummy if you ask me! I did play some of it back (which is what they are after anyway), BUT when I reached the limit I had set for myself, I immediately logged out and will stay logged out until I have been paid everything that I have in my account and also see some changes in the way they approve and the amount that they approve for me at one time. Yes I am a tiny bit irritated by this and wish that there was someone who could force their hand. But alas, we are, as I said previously, "at their mercy". Sigh -

Well they do pay and every time I have ever spoken to anyone in chat, they were always very polite and courteous, so you cant categorize them as "rogue" ... BUT the manner in which they handle payouts by having the amounts capped AND just sending what they feel like sending should be considered "rogue" . So in my book, these guys are sitting in between. The sad thing is is that I enjoy their games and find that the casino itself plays pretty fair BUT, the payout thing is the biggest problem and they really should think about changing that part of their business. It's almost as if they have a "cash flow" problem. The fact that the "finance" department can't be contacted directly by telephone by the player with the issue AND that they only work Mon - Thurs is very "rogue" ... Finance working that way gives them MORE time to hold your money in the hopes that you will play it back. Their terms and conditions are very vague "All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days. You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings." They always take 4 days or more to approve a payout AND since they only work 4 days a week the player ends up waiting for payment approval for at least a week or more. Very Very Very Rogue and underhanded, oh and lets not forget that they never follow the instructions you give them for payout methods either. I always ask for a wire, which should only take a day or two to materialize, but for some reason they seem to think that a wire takes 5 days or more to show up in at your bank. But even though I specifically ask for the wire, I have always gotten a check. which takes at least a week or more to receive. The check is always from a Canadian Bank and thank god I can cash it at Walmart without a problem. If you deposited that check into your bank account it would take forever to be cleared by our bank. What a hassle it is becoming to deal with Slots Jungle. -

What I saw in the Terms and Conditions was that the payout amount per withdrawal was based on the players level but when I asked support what that meant and how a player could determine their level I was told that I could withdraw up to $3000.00 and when I asked if it would be paid in total in one payment they said I would.
I have asked Daniel to find out why after my first withdrawl at Slots Jungle I was banned from further slots bonuses, he tried to find out but couldn't get an answer. I think there is only so much a Rep can do based on what information the casino furnishes them or allows them to make public.
My withdrawl at Casino Titan has been shown pending longer than the norm. And, my withdrawls from inetbet and CW made in last 3 weeks took far longer than usual to recieve and all of them said they were have processor delays so I think it is an RTG processor problem accross the board.1.4/ 5

you can request up to 3000, they just wont approve it, what they approve will be paid in one payment.....i was the highest level VIP (which they never would show me the list of VIPS and define them) but thats what they said, and they would not guarantee that i would have 3000 requests approved, just that i could request 3000 and it would be based on how many withdrawals they had that week. this is an issue from way back before i quit playing there that was never ever ever ever cleared up and defined. I have to give the credit where the credit is due. Daniel is one of the most active Reps on LCB and usually very helpful and swift with most of the issues.
It is true that you will always get paid by this group and thats a big plus given the problems that USA facing brands are experiencing with money processing these days.
But the main issue here that still goes unanswered is the weekly payout limits.
Even Zuga tried to talk to them about this but since they havent changed this policy they were removed from top US casino list.
So Dainel we would all appreciate if you adress this issue and tell us what and how you plan to fix this?
Im sure that if you resolve this rather ridiculous rule you would get back all the players you lost and it will only help your for now solid operation..

Well the withdrawals from Slots Jungle that were approved last week are now somewhere stuck in limbo .... >:( I spoke with Julia Lewis who said she would contact the Finance department yesterday regarding the issue with my withdrawals, she was to follow up with me this morning and has failed to do so. I also sent emails to support and finance trying to get this issue resolved. I also contacted live chat ( which was nothing but a big waste of my time) all they said was that they would email the finance department regarding my withdrawal wire transfers and I still have not heard a peep. My wire transfers sent on Oct 2nd and Oct 4th were sent to the wrong bank. They were sent to Wells Fargo (according to Slots Jungle) instead of Bancorp as I instructed in the withdrawal system via the cashier. I contacted Wells Fargo yesterday and they said that they would have been returned the same day they were received since the account they were sent to no longer exists in the system. I can't get any response from the Finance Department ... I have emailed them with no response at all. I was stressed out before but now I am to the point of pure anger. If the wires were returned, then they should have been sent back out immediately to the right place! If for some reason they sent checks instead then that is ok also, but I would like to know WHEN I can expect to see this money. Not being able to contact the Finance department by telephone is pure BS as I am sure that they are in the same place as the entire operation. There is no way to tell me that they don't have a working phone number. Having to be dependent on an email response to solve a financial issue is pure BS and I am tired of the run around I am now experiencing! Phew, sorry for being so long winded guys, but I just had to get this off my chest!

I did finally get an email from Julia at Slots Jungle and all she said was "I"m taking care of the issue, and finance dep is trying to solve it ASAP. They will reply to you soon." Hmmmm "soon"???? What in the heck does that mean? There is 1 day left in the finance departments week .... they dont work on Fri Sat or Sun so if they dont get this settled by tomorrow then I will be waiting into next week. This whole thing just irritates me. -

What you said is the whole problem. Casinos want to exercise the right to put a stipulation in terms but this over stepping it and abusing what the cashouts should be. The delays & limits are preposterous and why i refuse to play there anymore until there are some concrete changes.

So I have tried all day to resolve this, but Julia Lewis is awol ... you cant speak to anyone in finance because guess what? They are in an entire different building and dont accept incoming calls. As of today, nothing has been resolved regarding my withdrawal. I still have not received it and no one seems to know where it is. I am seriously at the end of my rope here .... now I guess if nothing is done today, I have to wait until next week to find out the status since finance does not work on Fri, Sat or Sun ... Why is this taking so long???? I have never had a problem with them paying out before ... why now?

Very disappointed, after almost 2 years of vip play, I received an email that "management has determined I am no longer eligible for bonuses". No reason given. I have always followed the terms and conditions. So why did this happen.
It happened to me at Slots Jungle following my very first withdrawal. But nearly 2 years at casino titan for them to do it. Why?

Wow! Now why would they do that to you, as you are a frequent player and depositor? I almost always play with some type of bonus and have withdrawn from them a few times ... Why would they do that? When you take a bonus, you have to meet playthrough requirements, which I think are a bit excessive and gives the casino a HUGE edge! So what would be the point of banning someone from bonuses, knowing that by doing that, that they almost will surely lose a very valuable, regular depositor and player? Makes no sense!1.4/ 5

Hi Daniel, my username is btrue31. I am having a problem at slots jungle. I made a withdraw on 10/18 it is now 10/27 and i still cant get a tracking #. I have emailed julia 5 times and i get the same response i dont have it yet. I like slots jungle but if i have to worry about getting paid i wont play there anymore :'(

I did receive my wire transfer yesterday. It only took 2 days! So I am quite happy! thanks again Daniel for everything! I dont think there will any more delays when I request any withdrawal again. Slots Jungle was quite cooperative and really tried to help with all the problems with the banks ... so thanks to them also!
