One other thing....what are you trying to blame this on me? I am just abiding by the withdrawal rules and timeline that RBC has set for the last year. Is it because I posted on a public forum?
@luckychick
I don't see them blaming anything on you in the slightest and I think you're out of line (Although others in this thread are way more out of line)
If they're able to payout US players within a week thats faster than most, I think you're entirely over reacting. When you request a payout as an american, you should expect it to arrive within a window of a few days. Get over it.
(Bitcoin solves all these problems though, by the way.)

FYI....Payouts at Raging Bull have been done in 2-3 days for over a year and this last month the changes concerned me when it happened more than once and in a row.
I had no clue about any "new system" until 24 hours ago and RBC could have told me that 3 weeks ago instead of getting different excuses.
Also, in the past a casino can go downhill after getting more popular...it happens a lot and with RTG sites in the past.
I just am so confused about this "new system" and cannot get a straight response. This is a business relationship, so players have the right to be informed, ask questions and expect that a casino sticks to their word.Rated:4/ 5

luckychick17 - The "new" system was only implemented +- 1 week ago (give or take a few days), not two or three weeks ago. Why didn't we advise you of the "new" system? Because we did not anticipate that it would cause a potential delay in you receiving your funds.
Was your withdrawal processed? YES it was.
Will you receive your funds? Yes you will.
I would like to thank Lane Jones for confirming that the funds his his account - THANK YOU kind Sir!!

Ok Seriously now guys! Lets all CHILL. There is no need for any stabs. If we can't have a civil conversation then I will have to temporarily lock this topic. As this is quite counterproductive now.
I am sure everyone who has to be paid will be paid. RBC has continuously proved to always pay their players and as you know Jason and other Reps are always here to reply and assist you.
So lets give them some benefit of the doubt.
thank you

Finally, you definitely should mind your own business! Who are you to pass judgement on anyone who just wants to get paid. You are out of line for butting your nosy nose in others business so butt out!

You post your business publicly and happily discuss it with other users who take your side. But if someone disagrees with you, they should mind their own business, huh.
Sorry, but unless I'm breaking some forum rule I don't know about, I will share my opinion if I want. I don't know you, and don't play on this site. If I thought the site was in the wrong, I'd say so and we would probably be bffs.

Also, for going on this ridiculous rant because the wire you requested less than a week ago hasn't hit your account yet.

I never said I was being punished by support intentionally at all, I just get very skeptical when anything with payouts changes for worse especially when it was so consistent for so long.
But like you said, you have never played at RBC and I have for over year now. So as a RBC player I am used to 2-3 day payouts and am wondering why any business would change something that worked so well already.
I have yet to get a straight a answer about about why players were not informed on the new RBC forum that the new system is a delaying withdrawals across the board. Also, why did the email timing change from a minute to days? And why would RBC delete my post about this on their site forum under support tag last Friday and not mention the system issues? Makes no sense to me at all.
Players do not need to be grateful that casinos actually pays due to the industry having such a bad reputation.
Raging Bull is running a business so they are supposed to be accurate and dependable and provide the service they promised with not only deposits but with paying a player fast when they win.

luckychick once the payout has been approved and sent to payment processor it is no longer under raging bulls control. You are getting mad at the wrong company. It is the payment processor who is dragging their feet not raging bull. Rb doesn't have your money they sent it to the company who then pays it to your bank or credit card company. Rb probably has to wait so many days or weeks before they can even file a complaint to the payment processing company about lost or missing funds this has nothing to do with rb they followed up on their end. Jason nor dean or rb casino can tell you or give you much info other than they approved and sent it cause they did. the process server is whole other entity of there own rb has no ownership over that company. All you are doing is making this worse for Jason Rb casino and yourself. They are just as much in the dark about when your payment will hit your bank as you are. They know just as much as you do which is it was sent to the processor on such and such date. the records show that you where paid out cause you have been. You are going to get your money you just have to have some patience. as far as the rules and time frame of 2-3 days, you should count yourself 26 times of being lucky cause i waited on a payment processing company at the first of the year for almost 4 weeks. SO relax you will get it you have been paid by raging bull. good luck and hopefully you get your payment soon.. especially for jason and for everyone else's sake and i don't mean that to sound rude but slow down CALM DOWN and re read what jason is telling you over and over in his replies instead of just skimming thru his reply and then continually re posting the same thoughts you have because you are mad. you keep kicking a sleeping dog. you have been paid by raging bull the money they owe is no longer in there bank acct because it was sent to payment processor to be then sent to your bank acct and it is the payment processor who is dragging there feet not raging bull. can we please move on

Honestly, this is not my problem Abby Rozelle.
I was told (assured) by Dean at Raging Bull that I woudl have my money in my account this week. I don't care if Dean takes a horse and buggy to the bank himself, this is RBC's problem. If I blamed an issue to a client on a third-parry company we had hired, I would be fired.
When Dean guarantees something that is this out-of-his-control as you claim it is, why would he assure a player anything at all?
Dean always comes through, as he should because he is running a business here. Payouts have been clockwork at RBC......so why change something that works?
Also, Jason still has yet to tell me how this "new system" benefits players. I paid the $45 fee, and expect the same swift payouts as always. Why would they hire a company who still charging a fee, and making payouts takes weeks? Unless the "new system" has a stake or is paying RBC to use their services it makes no sense business-wise.
Abby Rozelle, the fact that you are acting like I should be grateful to get my payouts at all is pathetic.

"STILL PENDING" BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE REF NUMBER BACK FROM THE BANK TO COMPLETE THE "STATUS"FROM PENDING TO PROCESSED!!
As mentioned to you before, the fact that we are waiting for the ref number back from the bank does not mean it was not processed!!!
Do me a favor, please reverse your "pending" withdrawal and let me know on the outcome of your attempt.
Anxiously awaiting your reply!

Jason -
My bank (which is HUGE worldwide bank) says the moment a wire request is sent, a Wire Transfer Receipt with ref number is sent to the sender immediately.
There is no wait time for a wire ref number, and Raging Bull's payouts used to follow this protocol because players would receive the PROCESSED EMAIL with a minute following the AUTHORIZED EMAIL.
RAGING BULL CASHIER it states the the following:
In Progress
Your request is 'In Progress' and our team is awaiting confirmation from the payment processor regarding the fulfilment of your request. Normally, your request will not be in this state for more than a few minutes.
Processed
After your request is fulfilled and funds submitted thru your payout method, the status of your request will be set to 'Processed'.
So...Jason just email me the Wire Transfer Receipts and I can have my bank look into it. That would save us all a lot of time and energy as to where my processed and wired payout is.Rated:4/ 5

There we go, your withdrawal can't be reversed, which means it has been processed and we are awaiting the confirmation back from the bank to complete the transaction. The ref number is purely only for us to complete the states to processed.
We have paid the withdrawal last Friday as confirmed by Dean on numerous occasions. Dean spoke to you this morning (7 hours ago) via Live Chat and advised me that you were happy with his explanation etc. Why are we still harping on this issue on LCB? -

I received my payment yesterday and my withdrawal even still shows as pending but I am just done with all this because my precious bank has charged me $20 this time for the payment and another $170 in fees so I guess I lose even when I win. It is a joke when a bank limits how much and how often you can move your own money in different accounts so I will be taking them out back to put them out of their misery. Luckychick I am pretty sure you will receive your payment sooner than later and I am hoping it is much sooner.

Ok then where are the Wire Transfer Receipts??
My bank said that WTR's are an industry standard and a sender gets a WTR the moment he sends the wire, not when it hits the receivers account but when the sender sends it.
I did speak to Dean on Live Chat this morning, but he gave no explanation to me. I clearly said that I would be happy when I see the money in my bank account and since Dean guaranteed it I expected him to stick to his word.
I can post the chat here if you want Jason?
Can you please answer these three questions for me Jason.
1) Should I post the LIVE CHAT I had with Dean this morning?
2) Are you emailing me the Wire Transfer Receipts so I can show my bank? If wire was processed, paid whatever the bank said that you will have a WTF 100%, no questions asked.
3) What explanation did Dean give me that I was happy with? That my money will be in bank today, like Dean assured me because other than that, nothing would make me happy because that would mean I was lied too.
Awaiting your replies....Jason!!!!

Maybe you and Raging Bull are using the same bank.....$170 in fees for one wire is unheard of. And you paid the RBC $45 fee and were charged another $20 in addition?
Was that $20 taken off the top of your original deposit amount? Because the is RBC, not your bank and they did that to me too about two weeks back.
Your payout still is pending in RBC's cashier after you receive the money?
It that is so it is a SERIOUS problem and makes RBC look very unprofessional and also makes their technology look out-dated. Something like this gets casinos put on WARNING LISTS or even BLACK.
RBC should drop this incompetent new bank because this makes them like they did not do their due diligence because no bank would still be in business if they behave like this. As what smart company would hire them? NONE!!

Howzit Lane, Thanks for the update. To answer your question regarding the pending transaction still being visible. We only complete/finalize the batch once we have received the batch from the processor (once a day). Dean has completed the batch so in theory it should no longer be visible in the cashier now. Do you mind checking that for me?
Thanks a ton!

Raging Bull is not closing there doors or running away with your withdrawal. We change a processor and experienced a few small hiccups which WILL not happen again.

Jason -
Who Raging Bull chooses to outsource their jobs to is not my problem.
This is this the 2nd payout in a row this has happened to me and I let the first one from March 6th slide as a "hic-cup." And you told me after that the same promise, "moving forward it will not happen again."
So...I do not think it is fair to lock this thread until Raging Bull either gets me my money or sends me copies of the SWIFT Wire Receipts so I can have my bank trace the wire that you said was sent on March 18th (have an email to prove this if need be).
Payouts are an intrinsic part of the online casino business and that entails Raging Bull doing their due diligence in hiring a processor that won't have weeks of hic-cups.
Jason, this does NOT make Raging Bull look good at all as there is no transparency here and that is vital in keeping player's trust.
So Jason, when do you expect I get my winnings in my bank account?
Cause as of right now, my payout is still "in progress" in my RBC cashier.3.1/ 5

I feel for you Lucky Chick, I would be upset as well.
I have to report my GFC Ecopayz WD, albeit small was in my acct at EP this morning. I hope this in some way gives you peace of mind, knowing it was paid as it always has..
Please keep us posted.
Thank you dory99.
I wish I had good news but nothing still and no SWIFT/Wire Transfer Receipts. This is business day 11....
Here is what Dean emailed me today:
Hey Kate,
They will provide me with receipts, as I said I am getting my CEO involved in this matter. I am also very frustrated that you have not gotten your money as yet because I am the one that deals with your account so I am pushing the banks as hard as I can.
Regards,
Dean
I want to believe that Dean means well, but when casinos continually blame the banks and/or processors it is not good. Dean has sent me a SWIFT in the past without me even asking to just verify that funds got to me so not sure why it is so hard now unless the wire was never sent.
My payout is still in the cashier as "in progress," as it has been since March 17th, the same day RBC said the withdrawal was processed, paid and sent.
So disappointing.....

luckychick17,,,,, they better throw you a BIG free chip with NO PLAYHROUGH''''''',I would bet you have your money tomorrow
Thanks kerch123...I hope they do pay me tomorrow. I will see if the wire was actually sent on March 17th like the email and Jason and Dean both said over and over again.
Was just reading over RBC's T&C and it seems that the minimum deposit will change from $21 to $25 starting April 1, 2016, tomorrow. In RBC's cashier it still says $21 minimum so I asked on chat and they said it was true but out of RBC's control.
I don't know what is going on at Raging Bull but it is not good. Delaying payouts and higher minimum deposits sounds like they partnered with a low-class, seasoned casino processing company who will save them money by making life harder for USA players. That is just my take....Rated:4/ 5

UPDATE - still not paid.
Dean replied to my email just now and stated, "Banks said the money SHOULD hit your account today."
Guess we shall see....
But Dean also said and maybe someone else can translate this for me, "This is bank dependant on how fast they get the money to you after we send them the batch for processing – good news, from next week there will be no fees on withdrawals charged by the casino and we will have no control over the sending banks fee or the receiving banks fee"
I did give Dean a heads up about the "good news" he gave me and hopefully he will proceed with caution if other players on this forum tell him this is true. Here is y response:
"Dean, players are not stupid. When a casino states they not charging the payout fee, but no control over what sending bank does is the hox. Just because Raging Bull is outsourcing to a processor who sends payouts to banks does not get Raging Bull off the hook if a fee is charged at all. There is either a withdrawal fee, or it is free and either way Raging Bull is responsible. Nothing pisses players off more than this kind of bullshit. I am telling you to be TRANSPARENT, players appreciate that. Don't try to make Raging Bull out to charging no-fee for payouts when the sending bank you employ is just charging it later on in the process anyway."
Do you agree with what I wrote? Trying to help RBC out here as their "new system" partnership is displaying textbook behavior of a dirty group.1.8/ 5

sry lucky you are not paid yet,,,,maybe lcb will try to help you know and not lock the post
Thanks Kerch123 -
I don't know what is going on at Raging Bull but I feel that sice March 1st the whole tone of the casino has changed.
So it got me thinking like a business person. And the only logical explanation I could think of is that Raging Bull got bought out by another group or has sold majority stake.
It is the only logical reason for a relatively new company (RBC is about 2-years old give or take) that is experiencing sizable success and is still growing to rock the boat at all.
You don't have to be Einstein to wonder why the heck a well-oiled machine like Raging Bull would make so many changes to their T&C and all other aspects, like raising deposit minimum, accepting AMEX, slower deposits and the numerous new LIVE CHAT reps.
But what iced the cake was at the bottom of Dean's email he wrote to me:
P.S As of next week I will no longer be working in the VIP department as I have been moved into a new role, I will assign a new VIP host to you. It has been a lovely journey and I am sad to be leaving my beloved VIP’s but I am sure my new team members will look after you in the great way that I did
Dean was one of the best reps I have ever dealt with online gaming; and I believe that this issue with my payout is the fault of the new ownership. Still, it is all under the RBC umbrella so all are accountable and I am annoyed, no doubt because this is going on 3-weeks now. But Dean is leaving... bad for any casino.
This is my little conspiracy theory, but not a bad one.
Oh and I Have not gotten my funds yet, still....I hope you are right and the LCB forum reps step in here to help. :'(Rated:4/ 5

That is a lie, I was told a withdrawal can on go back to the card the deposit was taken from, keep fighting until you get your money, good luck, if you haven't received your money in a week then take the mo eye that is owed to you by the casino yourself.Rated:0.5/ 5

If you have a DEBIT CARD, you need to have checking account connected to it or else where is the money coming from?
And to be fair to Raging Bull, it is made VERY CLEAR all over their website that the only withdrawal method it via WIRE TRANSFER for USA players.
Debit cards are connected to Checking Accounts and you can have your winnings wired there. Do you have a checkbook? Both your account number and the bank's routing number can be found on the bottom of all individual checks. Or go to your bank and they can help you.
