Malibu underwent a few changes with regards to the cashier which resulted in massive delays with regards to withdrawals. We have ironed out these issues and I can gladly confirm that all legit and valid withdrawals have been processed baring a few that are in the process of being completed.
@ Mapluche, in your case we have only authorised one payment of €150, the amount of €135 was confiscated as a result of you claiming more than four free bonuses in a row without making a successful deposit. i know they are now blacklisted.
February 16 deposit $30.00 U.S. Received 200% bonus of $60.00 less
February 17th requested a payout of $400 U.S. After meeting all wagering requirements. Only option for withdrawal was bank wire
february 17. Easy to e-mail confirming payout request e-mail also asked for identification documents and stated could be pending for up to 72 hours.
february 17 sent documents
feb 23 contacted live support gucci asked if i sent documents i said yes.,he then asks me again later in conversation.he then stated that 48 to 72 hours meant only hours of operation so up to 10 business days lol
feb 23rd sent email asking if they got my feb 17th email and if everything was ok
got email march 8th sking for utility bill
i have live chat transcripts saying it was approved then not then escalated then not
one live chat had me switch to check instead of bankwire and then i got email saying withdrawal declined,but on my account it says manager withdrawal approved on march 24 $340 the $400 - the $60 bonus
im still being told be patient maybe in 7 to 10 days it will be sent.
in a live chat i was told this:Adams: The time frame for withdrawals is 3 business days to be approved and 7 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time, which may vary according to processors limitations.
Adams: it may vary from 7-10 business days to be sent too, so please bare with the time frame

Adams: for that to be sent to you to reach safely.
EZCXTC: today is 18 business days
EZCXTC: has it been sent to the processor yes or no?
Adams: yes , it has been sent.
Adams: i will escalate this to the manager to prioritize this issue.

Adams: and process faster, please bare with the procedures to send it safely to you.
EZCXTC: dont escalate anything it only adds time and you told me you no longer have it the processor does

Adams: processors are nothing but the withdrawal management with the financial department.
and given this contact whom i have contacted three times with no response same thing with bankingi have been told numerous times that it was sent to the processor.
the latest was apparently April 25th.i have yet to receive anything.
i am constantly told early next week end of week check back Monday is the latest so they can look at a report from the processor.
has anybody gotten there money lately?
i hope you can help me out

I too am dealing with Raging Bull at the present time for a withdrawal request. After being a member at Raging Bull and Grand Fortune for quite some time I am asked for verification documents. LOL My account has been verified since I started there. and.... they did not not ask for any of that until I started pressing for my measly 100.00 payout. 3 times to chat and 10 days before anyone even mentioned documents
I fully expect to get screwed around on this and never be paid. the service is horrible and the fact they have one wd method despite the website offering ecopayz to players outside the usa, not available in canada.
So I will send the docs in again today. Fully expect no reply on them being rec'd and being asked to resend and then continuing with the run around.
Do not deposit there is my advice to all.

I contacted the support again today(i had to send my wire details again and this time they received them.....);
i'm waiting for two payments now(a previous request was accepted too),and here is what i was told:
"Your payment request has been already sent out to the processor. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a date of arrival as we first need the payment confirmation from them along with all proper details. However, our Finance department will send you all this information as soon as we receive it from the processor."
They confirmed both payments were approuved.
i've run out of patience...
