  • I finally received the last payout I feel only with your assistance. I can't for the life of me figure out why this group is so slow with paying. However, I've requested another payout on July 1, and they adjusted the amount on the 7th due to removing thye bonus amount.   • Hello, This is for Las Vegas USA - my username is uikuil and I have been waiting on a payout that was originally requested on 7/18/2020 - it was then summarily rejected - the bonus coupon amount removed and then re-requested by support on 7/20/2020 - I realize it is only the 24th but after two separate assurances that my payout was approved and just waiting on the 3rd party payout provider - in the cashier withdrawal screen when I click on the withdrawal information link it states that the withdrawal is still in Requested status - and that it has not been changed since 7/20/2020 2 minutes after support removed the bonus amount and then requested the smaller amount. Is this normal - shouldn't the status change from Requested to Approved? It does in other RTG casinos so I am concerned that I was incorrectly informed and that nothing has been done on this request. Thank you in advance - Jeff

  • Hi Sydney - just wanted to let you know that there has been no change (I didn't figure it would over the weekend) on this payout yet.  Both Red Stagg and Ozwin have paid out and they were requesed a couple of days after this one was originally requested - I know they are not related but it just makes me a little curious as to why this casino seems to take so long in comparison to others.  In any case thank you for all your help!

    It is now officially no longer early within the week.  I am sorry to be such a pain but this is really getting underneath my skin.  Their website states that Bitcoin withdrawals process within 48 hours and that it's the fastest way to get a payment.  This has been going on since July 18th - and not one thing appears to have changed since the 20th on the website - I am starting to think they are just not going to pay due to some kind of error that of course won't be their fault.

    In any case if you could prod the contact again I would be forever grateful... thank you again!

  • Mainstreet Rep,  LasvegasUSA casino approved my cash out on July 20 I was told it would be in the next batch of payouts sent to your 3rd party provider. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing has been done. I have received several emails stating my payout is in the next batch. Your web site states payouts are faster then what has occurred with my account. All my documents were approved and the payout is via bitcoin.  I really enjoy the casino and staff on chat are very good my only issue with your casino is the time frame for processing payouts. It should never take this long for any casino. If your would like me to forward you the emails showing what I stated will be happy to forward them upon request.

    Hello - that was supposed to be early last week - and nothing happened at all... so since it's a new week maybe they can actually do what they keep saying they are going to do?  This was originally requested on 7/18 and it's now 8/10 - I am becoming impatient with their inablitly to do as they say. - there is no reason for the rep to tell you last week, and for Financial services to keep telling me they are just waiting for their 3rd party processor to have a batch open - and then nothing at all happens.  Thank you for everything you do for us it's just getting rediculous on the part of the casino

  • Last week I was told the same thing. I have heard every excuse from your in the next batch, we have had to many winners, etc I have played in the MainStreet casinos and always been paid.  This is the first time they have played around getting it done.

    I got the e-mail stating it was processed and the casino shows that it processed it - but nothing has hit my bitcoin wallet yet and nothing shows on the blockchain at my address either.  I did a test transaction to that wallet address and recieved it instantly so I'm not sure if the 3rd party processor hasn't released it to me yet or if there is another issue - I can't see the full wallet address at the casino, but I can see most of it and I know which one I gave to them.... so I guess I will just hang tight and if I don't see anything hit my wallet within the next 24-48 hours I will then start to be really concerned.  Thank you for everything and send my thanks to the casino rep as well.

    They processed my payment a few hours ago but nothing has hit my wallet yet - does it take longer since they pay through a third party processor?  It's my first experience with this group - their customer service and their financial service people are really nice but this was like having a full time job just getting to this point!  Hope you get your payout soon!

  • So every withdrawal takes 4 weeks to process and this latest one they retroactively decided that blackjack splits and double downs would count as exceeding the $20 max bet so they subtracted $1760 from my withdrawal and told me about it a month after I requested the withdrawal.  They still haven't paid the other $222

  • I think it's customary that only the original wager counts towards the max, not splits and double downs.  Because it's impossible to predict how many times you'll need to split and double down.
