  • I've given up on trying to get paid and given up on playing there.  I think their system is broken because it counts double downs or splits as a violation of the maximum bet.  I got paid 222 out of about 2000.

    "This client had bets over $20.00 which were invalid so the earnings associated with them were deducted as well as the sticky bonus. We paid him this morning".

    This reply was posted here on the forum as well. We've contacted the Casino Representative again and asked him to give us some more details. He said that you violated the casino's T&C's, however, we requested the evidence from them to check what happened here.

    We've received the screenshots of your gameplay from the casino which clearly shows that you placed over the maximum bets few times. Since this is a violation of the casino's T&C's, there's nothing more we can do about this. We consider this case closed.

  • I requested a withdrawal at Sun Palace Casino  about 3 weeks ago for $450 it was approved by the finance Dept and sent to be processed on Dec 15. I have contacted the chat Dept and for 2 weeks I have been told  it's our processor, the holidays, COVID 19.  I have been a customer of the Mainstreet Casinos for years. They have never taken this long to pay. I attempted to contact the casino Rep directly from LCG site they didn't respond.  If you can help it would be appreciated.  My username at the casino is joyflorida

  • Sydney, wow...it has now been 3 weeks and this could take another potential 10-12 days (end of next wk) for a bitcoin withdrawal? Once I get my money out, I will not be back to play at this casino. Additionally, they limit Bitcoin withdrawals to $1,000 so if you win a few thousand dollars you're looking at 3 + months just to get your money out. Absolutely ridiculous. Thank you for your help.

  • Sydney, thank you for contacting Las Vegas USA. They sent me an email over 3 hours ago claiming that they have processed my Bitcoin withdrawal, however I have no money in my Bitcoin wallet. I'm hoping to God that they haven't mixed me up with someone else and sent it to the wrong Bitcoin address. I make meticulous notes when I request Bitcoin and I write down my Bitcoin wallet address and I still have the same wallet address that I sent them three weeks ago when I requested my payout.  My USER NAME: TSG6483

    The correct Bitcoin wallet address begins with the letters and numbers 3G1PeG...

    If I contact them, it will take days to get a response, could you please reach out to them and verify what's going on? Thank you for your help. - Todd Smith

With High Country Casino, I requested a Bitcoin payout back on December 27th and as of today I still have not received it. So again we're going on two and a half weeks at this point for a Bitcoin payout that normally just takes a few days at any other casino. My login is TSG6483.   • I don't mean to be cruel, but these people are inept. That withdrawal is Vegas Casino Online. Totally different Casino. I have Accounts at a few different casinos owned by the same ownership group. The account I am talking about is High Country Casino and I have been waiting since December 27th for a Bitcoin payout of over $1,700. We're now going on close to three weeks for a Bitcoin payout which is ridiculous. Since it's a Friday and we're up against a weekend, I would really appreciate it if the rep could address this on Friday instead of letting three or four more days pass. They have terrible to non-existent service apparently.

  • Sydney, two hours ago I got an email from High Country Casino stating that my Bitcoin withdrawal was processed, however I have no money in my Bitcoin wallet. The last time that this happened with this particular Casino group, it took approximately 18 hours for the money to show up in my wallet.  I have no idea why - Bitcoin should should show up within a couple hours.  If I don't have it by tomorrow mid-morning I will let you know. Thank you for your help - it is truly appreciated. Without your involvement, this process is impossible to resolve..

  •  Sydney, After waiting nearly a month, they are processing one of my three payments. The one from Vegas Casino Online (which of course is the one for the least amount of money) is the one that they're now processing. I still have a withdrawal of $2,000 at Las Vegas USA from three weeks ago (that they've split into two payments of $1,000 each) and those are still sitting unprocessed. I hope that you can explain to this casino group that there is no reason for gamblers to EVER gamble here - there is no incentive to... When they limit you to $1,000 per withdrawal ( which is only explained on the withdrawal page once you've gambled and won your money) and they take about a month to pay out each $1,000 payment, it is like pulling teeth to get any winnings at this casino group. If you can please ask them to pay me my winnings in total of approx $2800, I would greatly appreciate it, as I think waiting 3 to 4 weeks is plenty long enough. My username is TSG6483. Thank you.  (As I mentioned, once I get these final payments I will not be returning to this casino group. This has been a horrible experience.)

  • Sydney, going on day 27 of non-payment from Las Vegas USA. I won $2,000 there, which the casino automatically breaks up into two $1,000 payments even though this isn't explained anywhere in their rules. So not only do they make people wait one month (or more) for payments, but they only limit you to a $1,000 withdrawal even though when you go into make a withdrawal they have higher limits listed. This is very deceptive and like I said I've been waiting nearly a month for my $2,000.
