First thing I notice is the minimum deposit of $20 and a minimum withdrawal of $150. This tells me that they aren't expecting most to cashout unless your depositing $200 or more and have enough funds left after you lose some.

The game selection was average like for most RTG casinos, the instant play casino was lagging a bit which usually doesn't happen. I had a decent time but nothing too exciting, I don't think I'll deposit there as I usually prefer playing with bonuses at RTG casinos and their bonuses have very strict restrictions- high wagering requirements and maximum cashout amounts.

And, Strike 3: I sent an email to customer service some 17 days ago, that has still yet to be answered. No Live Chat service either. In respect to the pandemic that we are going thru, I don't fault them as much with this.....but let your potential clients know something about your absence....or ineptitude. 2 1/2 weeks to have a simple question go answered is enough for me to place High Country in that storage bin of "RTG casinos that are just like all the rest", and remind me of why I play at Saucify & WGS Casinos.
