  • Hi there i have been trying to make headway of money that has gone missing, of which is deposited money with Jackspay casino. i have been in touch with my wallet provider and they have told me that the payments had been received by the provider but when i spoke to Taylor he mentioned that they never received.

     

    The money is totalling between £26 and £28, the losing part thats part of gambling but this i been waiting a week to here back from someone but nothing, not a peep. Not only this they have closed my account and i have not heard anything. Can someone help me here please?.

  • hmmm, written previously, slight issues at the moment with problems i am having there. So hopefully i can officialize this again!!

    I've tried numerous e-mails to their support / private affiliate e-mail, but seems to be getting ignored.

    I was able to talk to support via e-mail on the 14th, and they said they confirmed that they would be sending something the 15th, but ever since then, no news. Live chat is non-existent currently. Money seems to keep going into their wallet so they do have funds to pay something, but no news.

    2x 2500$ withdrawals are pending currently still going back to April. Hope to hear anything.

    Please if you can, as i would still like to play there, request my missing payments be given back to me in my jackspay balance and to be re-open my account if possible so that all us Jacksters can get this depositing and withdrawal issues sorted.

    Also Dustin he should be there,if we can perhaps get him to help as he is a good guy, if Taylor is no longer there?.

  • Maybe they're pulling the rug. On the 14th I received an email from Dustin saying that they finally got on top of everything and would be sending me payment. Ever since that email he has not responded and does not seem like he has any mind on doing so. Thing I'm confused about though is that they have close to 7,000$ in their BTC wallet that I usually get paid from, so not sure why they can't even send part of my withdrawal and other peoples. 
     

    I'm sure me and the other players would like a concrete update from Jackspay if they are even operating anymore and if we should just cut out losses and stop wasting our time on something they don't even plan on addressing.

    i received contact from Dustin and i have made it clear i am not asking for bonuses in excess, i discussed in email i will just let them appear in my promotions page, this has been the case before and moaned when lost but this isn't going to be the case now as mentioned earlier in the sentence above this one. 

    I understand this would be a final chance, i have contacted Dustin back to his replies about his mentions of why he not opening the account but i assure him on here also when he reads this i am just going to let promotions go into my promotions list that way no one can say anything as i wont be going on to chat to discuss about this as i know it annoys him. 

    Hopefully if you can revert this i hope we can resolve this and the missing money.

  • I was a player at JacksPay for a time. This casino refused to pay me $700 that I won and shut down my account. I understand that this is not unusual for this site.?I was complaining about the time it took for payment. They claimed that it was due to their lack of crypto which is nonsense which is why I was so upset. The chat people were rude and unprofessional. On may 13, 2021 I posted the following post on Facebook:

    Awful site! After keeping me waiting for my payout with the excuse that their processor was waiting for bitcoin, they canceled my account. They claimed account abuse! I made one deposit on that account and never submitted any withdrawals regardless of any promos I played. This was the first and only withdrawal. I contacted their chat a number of times waiting for this payout. Agent Taylor was rude and confrontational every single time. Was uncooperative and ended the chat abruptly more then once. Jack’s Pay Casino is unreliable and will not payout. The staff can not deal with criticism nor do they stand by their terms or conditions unless it fits their narrative. I requested that my one deposit be returned to me and was threatened regarding chargebacks. I am deeply disappointed with this site.
     

    They owe me $700! Not sure the exact date but it was around May of 2021.

  • Apparently Taylor has quit Jackspay. Not sure if that’s a lie. Dustin seems to be the only manager, but he’s been ghosting everyone. I think Jackspay is going under and scamming everyone. Ghost casino
