  • Would like an update on what is happening. Last withdrawal I received was July 7th. After that all that has happened was that they locked my account and all they're continuing to say is that they have no update. They're refusing to answer my emails, cut off all communications on the messaging app I used to communicate with my host and also doesn't answer in live chat.

    current thread of my official complaint.   if some awareness could be spread, I don't think payouts are happening but could be wrong. They used to at least have an excuse on having processor issues or something but now all I'm getting is " no update ".

    Anyway I received only $100 from two withdrawals total amount of $700 (600$ is still pending 35 days in a row)

    Related thread of the whole story. If I can get some help from the moderators to hold them accountable to their word of paying out what is owed to me. This has been dragging out for months with their excuse changing every other day. Now it's gotten to the point of where they're screening my live chat requests. 
     

    We came to the conclusion that I would be getting banned because of my abuse to my prior VIP host. This was fine with me, I've agreed that I'm okay with the consequences that I'm paid. They agreed that they would pay and now I'm not hearing anything. Money has come into their wallet and still no news. I'm not the only one who they're withholding their withdrawals, seems like many others are too.

  • Would like a response if I'm being paid out. Money has come into their wallet, roughly 1700$ is in there currently. Usually in the past when money came in, they sent a withdrawal within a day or two.

  • @tough_nut.  I think that it is pretty apparent that the Players are not the problem.  The common denominator is Jackspay Casino.  The platform should be called "JacksPAID" because they absolutely are getting PAID...they are NOT PAYING.  They are THIEVES, plain and simple.  Never have I EVER witnessed the level of ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT and GROSS COWARDICE in my entire life!!  JACKSPAY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

  • At this point would just like clarification from Taylor. If him and his company refuses to pay, I have no other choice but to hold him responsible since he is my only link to the company.

  • The communication I've received was "we wil pay you when we pay you" and that they've notified local police regarding my "abusive behavior".

    As long as they stick to their word of paying me, I'm fine with whatever.

  • Can you tell me when your investigation will be completed ?
    today it was possible to contact the chat, but chat did not say anything new,
    looks like some sort of investigation is still in progress
    (hope I'm not an abusive player , every three weeks I try to communicate with the chat)

    I do not have more than one account - there is only one person in my home - I have been a customer for years and never had an issue until this large withdrawl request -my account has not been removed as I can still access it as of just now -see attached - what is going on here ??
