I've yet to pull a serious win here but if I want to spend some time and grind out a few hours session it's not impossible to hit the requirements. Jackpot Casino is still really young and I could forgive them for the buggy site for that. I can't forgive them for their terrible customer service though. I had a lot of issues registering on the site and as a result and deduct how to speak with customer service for over an hour. It really left a sour taste in my mouth...

It really left a sour taste in my mouth and I wasn't too much enjoying the place by the time I got to actually playing as for the gameplay it's decent and has a nice selection of games I never got to the point of the payout so I can't give you advice on that but just be aware that the site is a little buggy but please forgive them because they are new!

Well here I get in my account successfully and I love the games at these casinos. So I gave them a chance and they sent numerous no de. bonuses and free spins to my phone and email. I started playing them and then I decided to deposit This is all done in one account that I started receiving incentives from.At this point i am not having a clue i had an open acct. previously. I deposited 3 or 4 times here and they took my deposits. I finally hit a small amount to withdraw, $100 , I think .. So I request payout all docs have been verified and then I go back to login and they locked it. I went to chat and was able to do that while not logged in. I told him what happen, he checked it out and it was then I found out there was another one. So instead of closing the other since it wasn't used , they said I violated by having the two accounts. Well ok, but I asked why they took my deposits if thats the case ? I'm playing and spending lots of time trying to win and when i asked , he said its just the policy, but he did say that they would refund all my deposits which I think is fair but noone answers the emials now and I'm having a hard time getting a rep.
