  • Hi DanielMauritz,

Bitcasino.io has been operating for five years now under a fully valid Curaçao license, and during this time we have worked hard to build a reputation as an honest and well-respected online casino.

As for your allegation that management has offered you a percentage of frozen funds to be paid out to you in exchange for protecting our reputation, we have never offered 'frozen funds' and will never either. It's too easy to post baseless allegations online unless you have any tangible evidence you can provide to prove your claims it would be appreciated if you'd stop spreading misinformation online, as is only fair.

Regarding the original complaint, we have provided evidence to LBC and they have been satisfied by this. We completely understand the importance to other players to be as transparent as possible and that's why we use mediation services such as Askgamblers and the forums to be as honest and open as possible about our operations and decisions.

Finally, please take into consideration that in order to provide a fun, fast and fair experience, all fraudulent activity will be met with consequences. This is standard across the industry and our t&cs are in place to ensure everyone's safety and security.

    Regards,

    Bitcasino.io Team

  • Hi Bitcasino,

Kindly refrain from badmouthing players based on an alleged transgression.

My account was just disabled and no explanation provided.

I am willing to provide my necessary documents to finalise verification as well as a selfie with my ID in hand to confirm that I only have one registered account!

The gambling laws and terms are clear on certain matters and a player has the right to be verified before winnings are declared invalid.

LCB can you please advise as I feel that this is totally unacceptable and unjust.

How can a casino take deposits, refuse to pay winnings and do not even give the player a chance to be verified?

I need my remaining balance to be paid today!

  • Hi LawEnforcer1,

We've received an evidence from the casino that supports their claims regarding your case.
Since there was a breach of their Terms and Conditions, there is nothing that we can additionally do to assist.
Therefore, we consider this case Closed.

  • Wow just like that your going to believe a casinos word over the player? How do you know the casino is not providing fake proof?

Hold on I would like to point out that this casino is a liar listing themselves as USA verified. This is 100% false because they are not allowed to accept USA players and their deposits and should immediately turn on geoblock on their server.

  • Hi Tania, I am sorry but I cannot accept this explanation. This casino has had numerous issues as can be seen by complaints raised by many players recently. We spend our hard earned money online and I cannot accept a casino taking deposits from players and just disabling accounts without reason. We as players choose certain casinos based on our preferences and this casino states that no personal details are needed and anonymity is maintained. This is a clear misrepresentation and fraudulent in my opinion as this casino finds any reason not to pay and accepts deposits from players so easily. Can you please relook at this and its clear as per their terms that an account can be closed but the remaining funds atleast should be returned to the player especially after the players deposits were taken freely.

  • Hi Letsgoramz,

As previously advised, we've been provided with an evidence that clearly shows multiple accounts opened.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can further do to assist you. We can only advise filing a further complaint to their licence holder here

In Russian forums, I recently read about two complaints from players. For strange reasons, they close accounts and don`t give back the winnings.

  • Hi,

I had deposited a few times and then tried to withdraw my winnings but was told that my account was under security review.

This still hasnt been finalised after sending in numerous documents and my account still remains disabled.

I just want the money that is left in my account and never want to play here ever again.

Please assist me LCB, note that all KYC docs were sent.

Email used to create acc there was:

    [email protected]

    Thank you.

  • We can easily see a trend here. Bitstarz and bitcoincasino.io were both running on american players but had to stop providing service to them and since... complaints all over, they are closing accounts without real reasons. They seize winnings and such. Clearly losing americans hurt them a lot more than they like to claim and their actions says it all. But acting like that is just a temporary fix that will just be their doom as their reputation is hurt and online on streaming platforms and forums everywhere the word spread that these places are now a no go and tagged as rogue casinos. So for people mad at these, don't worry time will give you revenge hehe.

    Hello BATMAN007,

We've sent an email to the casino and asked them to reply in this thread.

  • Hello BATMAN007,

We've received a reply from the Casino Representative regarding your complaint. We've also been provided with proof that clearly shows multiple accounts opened.
Therefore, there is nothing more that we can do to assist you.

  • Can I please have the evidence posted here as I was not aware of any duplicate account and I did not take advantage of any bonus.

The winnings were clearly from money deposited and neither my deposited funds nor my winnings were sent to me.

This is a breach in itself.

    Kindly advise

  • Hello BATMAN007,

We can not post the evidence provided to us by the casino. We do our best to help our members, however, according to all the evidence we've been provided with, you definitely breached the casino's Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, there are no further steps that we can take to assist you.

Please note that we are not a gambling regulatory body and in case you disagree with this decision, you can make a further complaint HERE.

  • There was no breach of any terms and as I said before, it is illegal to take a players deposits and withhold winnings especially when no bonuses were used.

I demand that either for my deposits to be returned or my winnings to be paid out as this is clearly rogue.

Curacao is a highly questionable licensing authority so I doubt I will waste my time with them.

Can you please ask this casino to email me the evidence or post proof of their allegations here as I have seen many casinos that have posted the relevant support of their claims upon request.

I will be keeping a close eye on this thread to ensure that my posts are not removed as this would clearly prove that this forum is not impartial as I am merely asking for evidence and by no means is my request unfair.

  • Hello BATMAN007,

We've asked the Casino Representative to reply to you regarding this case.

We are doing our best to help you with your complaint. Since you were not satisfied with the outcome, we referred you to the regulatory body as we have no way to verify your or casino claims beyond what we were shown already. If you think that Curacao is highly questionable licensing authority, our advice is to choose casinos which are licenced by other gambling authorities in the future.

We are only helping in the process of mediation here and we're doing this for free. Neither party pays us and if you're not happy with our service and all the hard work we're putting into this, you can always go somewhere else to complain.

    Still awaiting for casino response.

  • Hi BATMAN007,

Our security team has looked into your complaint thoroughly and have informed us of the following.

Around 100 accounts on Bitcasino have been opened by yourself since early 2019, depositing with ETH and then claiming Bitcasino's first and second deposit bonuses along with the then offered free spins.

As is written in our T&Cs, these bonuses and promotions are meant as one-time-only per player. Attempting to abuse them is a clear violation of the T&Cs. Despite our clear warnings you persisted to open more accounts and knowingly ignored our T&Cs, therefore, any withdrawals from alternative accounts were halted.

Your complaints on AskGamblers, with our licence provider and here on the LCB forum have been settled by us providing evidence of the breach. As we have said, in order to provide a fun, fast and fair experience we will take action against those who so clearly and so often flaunt our T&Cs.

  • We've been provided with the evidence which clearly shows multiple accounts opened by BATMAN007.
BATMAN007 has opened more than 100 accounts on Bitcasino.io. Creating multiple accounts at any online casino is not allowed and can lead to termination/ closure of all accounts.
BATMAN007 was then making deposits and then claiming BitCasino.io's first and second deposit bonuses along with the then offered free spins.

As per casino's T&Cs, these bonuses and promotions are meant as one-time-only per player. Since BATMAN007 attempted to abuse them, he has clearly and undisputedly violated the casino's T&Cs.

We are doing our best to help all our members with their complaints. Our complaints service is free, neither party pays us as we're only helping in the mediation process here. However, we won't have any tolerance towards players who are giving us misleading information and trying to abuse our complaints service. Therefore, we consider BATMAN007's case closed.

Please note: Due to violation and abuse of our complaints service for the purpose of pushing personal agenda and putting pressure on the casino on a public forum to pursue personal goals, this account and all other potential multiple accounts will be banned from LCB forum and such comments deleted.

  • Dear Members,

I was unfortunately a victim of the promo email that was fraudulently sent out by the bitcasino team.

I had deposited to the eth address as detailed in the promo email.

By the time that I was made aware that this was not sent out by bitcasino,I had already deposited into that address.

I feel that it is totally unfair that we as players have to suffer due to the casino not having adequate systems in place, hence the promo and marketing dept email eas hacked.

I have contacted bitcasino.io but they are stalling on providing me with any relief.

Initially they had said that the transaction cannot be verified on blockchain and after providing them the evidence, they sent me some silly response saying that my case is documented and I will be contacted if they deem fit.

    This is totally unscrupulous behaviour.

My username at bitcasino.io is toreypine076

  • Thank you Sydney, your assistance is highly appreciated.

  • Hi Sydney,

Have you received any feedback from the casino rep?

I have sent numerous emails to their support and security team but these just go unanswered.

I have never seen such bad customer service before.

  • Hello Toreypine076,

We still haven't received a reply from them. If we don't get a reply from the casino today, we're going to send them another reminder email.

  • Hi Sydney,

Thank you for assisting me,however I am in shock as to how long this is taking to be resolved from the casinos side.

I had deposited, provided them with that transaction ID and now they are stalling to refund me even though their security systems were breached and we were led to believe that it was a legit email initially.

There were apparently only 3 transactions totalling 400 dollars mine being one of them. This is very shocking that such a query takes so long to ve resolved.

I cannot imagine what players go through for larger sums of money. I suggest that players do not waste their money here as it takes forever to receive proper responses from them.

Please let me know if you can still assist me.

  • Hi Toreypine076,

We still haven't received any reply from the casino regarding your case. We'll send them another reminder email.

  • Hi Toreypine076,

The Casino Representative has just advised us that they're looking into your case and as soon as they investigate everything, they'll post a reply here on the thread.

  • Hi Sydney,

Thank you for this, however 3 transactions were done to that address and I feel this is sheer incompetence that they are taking this long to resolve such a simple matter.

Can they just tell me if my money was stolen due to their own lack of adequate security?

  • Toreypine076 wrote:

    Hi Torey,

How much did you send in each transaction?

Can you post the transaction ID?

  • So, there were 2 ETH transactions sent to the address in the scam email:

    1 Ether ($174.14  at the time) on (Sep-28-2019 05:15:32 PM +UTC)

    https://etherscan.io/tx/0x60a7f9d65eff951aa565b89618e5e0671e3d5b2ff0c904bf1da1b13d03b188b5

    1.066507312509681844 Ether ($185.72 at the time ) on (Sep-28-2019 05:49:18 PM +UTC) :

    https://etherscan.io/tx/0x986eaaef039c7eb5c2e85e45240f8c3f325e8c554f495d79734df9c00839db3a

If you are able to confirm that you created one of these transaction, you should be paid, and probably will be.  What kind of proof did you send them?  How did you send the funds?  A web based wallet, Metamask, etc?

Keep in mind, this is the world of crypto.  I would be absolutely shocked if they didn't receive at least a handful of players claiming that they were the ones that sent the funds and would like a refund.

It's also possible the scammers themselves sent the funds to themselves with the intention of asking for a refund. So, your best bet is to provide every bit of evidence you have that proves that you actually sent the funds.

If you let me know how you sent the ETH, I can give you some ideas.

  • Hi Finally,

Thank you for your assistance and taking the time to advise me.

I had used a cryptocurrency Android app to transfer the funds.

    The deposit was for 1ether.

Bitcasino said they cannot trace the transaction but clearly you can see that it was done.

This is the response I got from bitcasino:

Their response doesn't really make sense.  The transaction is on the blockchain, and the receiving address is the one from the scam emails that were sent. There's nothing else they could confirm.  I can understand if they need you to verify you are actually the person who sent the ETH though.  But that would be impossible for them to do on their own - they would need evidence from you.
Did they ask you for any information specifically?

What is the name of the app you used?

If it's an app that gives you the private key, you should be able to sign a message with the key to prove that you control the address it was sent from.

  • Hello Toreypine076,

We've received a reply from the Casino Representative that your case is under investigation on Friday 4th October. Please note that most of the Casino Representatives don't work on weekends.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Hello Toreypine076,

We want to apologize for the situation that transpired.

We have been monitoring the fraudulent addresses closely and our internal teams have been investigating every claim thoroughly. With your cooperation, we have now been able to confirm your transaction as a genuine claim and returned the funds sent.

Once again, we want to apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused. Our team will continue to ensure that Bitcasino.io remains a fun, fast and fair place to play.

If you have any more questions then do not hesitate to ask.

  • Nice to see Bitcasino take responsibility for the data breach and cover the funds lost in the scam out of their own pocket.  Not all casinos would do this.

  • Hi Torey. How did you get the funds back?

I sent 1ETH and was a victim too but have not received a reply from the casino. Can you help me Sydney? My username at the casino is MeganE1989. I have provided all the proof to the casino but have not heard from them.

    Hello Paella89,

Sorry to hear that. We've sent an email to the casino and asked them to look into your case. Keep you updated.

  • Hello Paella89,

We have received a reply from the casino. The casino has advised us that you opened more than 48 accounts in the last two months and sent us the evidence about multiple accounts. Also they've confirmed that you didn't deposit ETH and that you weren't one of the victims of the fraudulent emails which were sent out and asked for deposits.

Therefore, there's nothing more we can do to help you.

  • Bitcasino, how many people tried to claim they were one of the 3 people that actually got scammed?  I'm just curious.

  • Hello Paella89,

Our security team has thoroughly looked into your situation and determined that you have not been affected by the fraudulent email.

On top of that, creating 48 accounts on Bitcasino.io is a clear breach of our T&Cs, which we do not take lightly. We want the gaming community to be a fun and fair place for all, which means taking actions against abusive behaviour.

We have provided information about the above to LCB forum moderators and consider the matter closed.

  • Dear members,

Here's an update on Paella89 issue,

We've been provided with the evidence which clearly shows multiple accounts opened by Paella89. Creating multiple accounts at any online casino is not allowed and can lead to termination/ closure of all accounts.

Please note: Due to violation and abuse of our complaints service for the purpose of pushing personal agenda and putting pressure on the casino on a public forum to pursue personal goals, this account and all other potential multiple accounts will be banned from LCB forum and such comments deleted.

Thank you for understanding and cooperation!

  • Hello everyone,
I made a deposit ( 0,122 btc ) 10.01.20. I played w/o any bonuses. I got some nice winnings and my total amount after session is 1.149 btc. I made a cashout request and was told that they have to check my game with provider. After this check they filled my email with same messages in Spanish and English. In this messages they asked me to send them documents, i did it and they asked me to proceed online verification. I did it and was waiting till their reply almost 2 days. Then they asked me if i have any other accounts in their casino, i replied them with negative answer. And now they ignore me.
