I dont know about the rest of you, but i for one have had it with this place. The only reason I deposited was because of Nicolas and his reputation, the casino Rep. The first time I played there I was in freespins in Achiles and site went down could not log back in for 24 hrs. went to chat and they said nothing they could do. When I logged back in 24 hrs later it was ok for 20 mins then same thing. I do not understand how ALL OTHER RTGS can manage to get up and run smoothly and this place is having such a hard time. Then when you go to Slots your mouse unless you hold it down tight you cant dwnld a game you want to play. Its a pain and really not fun to play here you spin so fast and lose your money fast in a game that you know is not paying cause the download for another game takes soooo long and it is not fun. Also you are never sure when the site is going to crash. Now there is a question about the $10 deps and if they accept them? Processor issues etc, and know they are saying the codes that are posted are invalid. I also think they Live Casino girls are Cheesy, to say the least. :'(1.7/ 5

I'm feeling so INCLUDED now that I see we're all EXCLUDED for some reason!
They claimed I'd given them an incorrect phone number, they tried to call me 3 weeks ago, and it states on their website that if I gave any single piece of inaccurate info, my account would be ineligible for promotions.
After talking w/ support twice, deposited $15 just to see if my intuition was correct (and it was - POOF. Gone) Tells me that I can EXCLUDE them from now on! -

It happened again. I've sent the obligatory email to "Dean," & chat follows.
And I can assure you it'll have to snow 2 feet in Phoenix before I deposit here again. They've obviously got a bad software copy & haven't fixed it.
Did I mention I never even got an offer of a chip out of "Dean" the first time?!
In fairness I gotta say at least support offered that much this time.

Update....
So it's FINALLY fixed--sort of.
The bet is lost (again) and, though Nick said a chip was credited for my trouble, it wasn't. I'm on with live help who know absolutely nothing about it.
They also say Nick isn't there to talk to. Oh, he'll "get in touch" with me.

thanks for addressing my issues (not)anyway i spoke to dean he was great after my inital bad experience come to find out all the information they gave me when i called and spoke to Al was incorrect which could have been cleared up if i would have gotten direct support for my post :'( Dean and i spoke for a while the csr otto Al(even though he wasnt correct in some issues)and sam are great. I faxed my papers off which were not put in my file but God knows where and Dean took the time to find them. After the first experience my opinion is still at this point the same. I like this casino i like the csr they are really working hard to get this casino in the tops.I have made deposits at betphoenix and will continue to do so as long as i can with soooo many changes to mastercard and now visa and i look forward to being a loyal customer.BETPHOENIX ROCKS and i truly believe given time they will be numero ono even out doing where vegas regal used to be. A lil update...
And I've depo'd there since with (so far!) no issues with the games acting batty.
I feel kind of bad about posting the whole thing since I truly believe the software issue is RTG's, not Betphoenix's, but when it happened the second time... Well!
Support is still kind of hit & miss & that only adds to my nervousness but there HAS been improvement (even to my hyper-critical eye) so we can live in hope
This may truly become THE site if they can make sure their (RTG's) software is fixed & continue to bring support up to the standards we've come to expect.
I have this bizarre picture in my lil head of Nick in there with a whip & chair trying to get them all in line--lol! But he did it for VRC so we should expect great things.
