Yes, they do pay some, they have to pay some in order to stay in business, but the number of players who are denied their withdrawals is far higher than the number of players who are actually played. Bet Phoenix has been cheating their players for years with impunity. There are a larger number of online casinos that cheat than there are honest casinos. That is one of the reasons for joining a casino forum such as LCB, so that you know where you can safely play, and where you should never play. There is NO reason for LCB to print warnings about casinos unless they deserve them. What would be the point? That would be a case of cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Surely you are smart enough to realize that these letters of glowing reports about Bet Phoenix are submitted by people who are rewarded by Bet Phoenix for writing these glowing words? Bet Phoenix, I remember it well. The manager and I had a discussion about four years ago. It turned into an ugly argument. Next thing I know, he has reported me for a cash back that never happened, and done everything he can manage to get me blackballed from any casino that will listen to him spew and foam at the mouth....

I found out about it from a manager of another casino who is also a relative. He straightened out the mess and informed me that this idiot at Bet Phoenix was well known in the industry for his instability. Hope things have changed since then. My relative is out of the industry now and so I have no idea if the same man is still managing Bet Phoenix, but if he is, beware, and keep your hand on your wallet at all times...

I bought a LCB chip to try this casino and its an okay casino, but I would not deposit $100 here...slots are kinda tight and the chip went pretty fast - but definitely would not deposit more than $20 (and that is pushing it!)

LCB has far more experience and knowledge of the industry than single players. Bet Phoenix does not pay a lot of their winners. Yes, they do pay some, they have to pay some in order to stay in business, but the number of players who are denied their withdrawals is far higher than the number of players who are actually played. Bet Phoenix has been cheating their players for years with impunity. There are a larger number of online casinos that cheat than there are honest casinos. That is one of the reasons for joining a casino forum such as LCB, so that you know where you can safely play, and where you should never play. There is NO reason for LCB to print warnings about casinos unless they deserve them. What would be the point? That would be a case of cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Surely you are smart enough to realize that these letters of glowing reports about Bet Phoenix are submitted by people who are rewarded by Bet Phoenix for writing these glowing words? A little common sense here folks.As for Nicholas and the rest of the support team being nice people- I do not dispute this. It is their job. Nicholas may be as honest as the day is long- I do not know him and I do not judge him. In the end- if a player does not get paid by Bet Phoenix- well that is not Nicholas' decision. It is the security and the owners who ultimately decide who they will and will not pay. Nicholas may very well be fighting for them to get paid. I like a lot but honestly ,the casino management system leaves much to be desired from I opened my account, two years ago gave me deposit so much doubt what I did was first truly pay check so on. one occasion from birthday ,I sent a seemingly free chips for 25 dollars which got an award for 100 usd after time out one day I received an email asking me the send papers as all processed so time passed my account after, I received another email asking me a deposit similar to my retirement ups said that if a free chip from seeking support in chat and then 10 mins of waiting ,I was told that I was asked to deposit rules. they want to deposit enough with not only recorded my data I answered no you have to deposit that must receive .100 % ,bonus on your deposit and play if decides, not to remove the other amount then must play twice the requerinientos for the extra money, you have in your mind I thought these guys are insane 60x200 = 12000 ! I 'd do not ever want to steal it or claim that I will lose everything not there upon said no sorry.
