In my opinion when Nicholas left is when the casino started going downhill. I mean switching to the Rival platform that was probably the worst thing the casino could have done. My experience with the casino was good up until the point of no return when the reps started acting ridiculously rude and not caring about their players and when backend management decided to change the rules of the casino as they felt necessary. The only thing left untouched is the loyalty or comps program. You can still earn cashback from all your game play wagers which is always a plus.
