Just a thought, I am still waiting for Nicolas to put in my $50 free chip, and had asked about the twitter chip.

When he responded, he said I was not eligible for the free chip for twitter as it was part of the no two free chips in a row policy.

So if some of you haven't deposited, like me, and already used any chip there, and are waiting for the twitter chip, well, you may not be eligible.

I probably would have deposited by now, but my account has to be at zero for my chip to get in there.  Support has never replied to my emails, and Nicolas has been very busy and less than prompt in response time also.  Good luck!

Glad some folks are having a positive experience here. The latest deal is they're completely ignoring their alleged twitter bonus. I won't even trouble you with the other issues I've had here.
Their rep (supposedly Nick, who we all knew & liked) was going to take care of it, but still no dice. No excuses, no replies, neither live nor email support answers.

Glad I quit while I was behind.

That was weird.  I made my first deposit and played it out with no luck at all so I figured I'd try to claim 20MUSTWIN.  It said the claim was successful and shows a play through but NO BALANCE!!!  Now I have to waste the time with support.  Good Luck to any who can claim it

A little background.  I am a depositing player here and was given a freebie a few weeks ago which I have been withdrawing then reversing.  I went to chat to get the free $27 chip and here is what to expect if you win off a free chip.

FYI - Withdrawal reversals are considered cash deposits but not the same cash deposit that gets you a free chip after a cash deposit :-\ because it all originated from a free chip even if you reversed five times it is still not considered free chip worthy.

These were small withdrawals that I'm still playing other tourneys on to build up my bankroll so nothing has been lost and I've been playing on the same freebie for the past few weeks lol.

many casino's offering a no deposit bonus, but between every no deposit bonus, you need to deposit, so it's still a deposit bonus, you can play the N/D bonus but you can't withdraw. you have to make a deposit, then you can play a no deposit bonus and withdraw.

Of course it worked. It will work for everyone, but you will not be able to cash out. Consider it as funmoney and nothing else if you don't follow their T&C.
