No you can use a free chip after a deposit, I ALWAYS go to live chat when I am done playing my deposit and I ALWAYS get a free chip. You just can't use more than 1 free chip without a deposit in between besides contest wins.

I made the deposit and went to live support and wast told only one free bonus per account even after deposits and I only qualified for deposit bonuses.  Maybe I'll try another support person.  Honestly the reason I chose to play at this casino vs other RTGs is because of the rep that posts on here and I knew if there was any issues there was someone to help with is unlike so many other casinos these days.  If I still run into issues I'll bug the rep
