We got a response from the casino, stating the following:

We did inform the player the wagering is only in real money, he lost his real money balance this is why the wagering stopped on counting for the release.

He deposited 23 usd.

So there is nothing which is wrong with this player, it’s only that he can not withdraw his bonus balance without meeting the wagering which is done with real money.

Since it's been 48 hours and we haven't heard back from the member, yet we have the response from the casino, we will mark this case as resolved.

So the casino is saying, if you take a bonus at their casino, only disadvantages will follow?? How can you only wager with the main balance?? And in their terms, it states you can only withdraw 5 times your deposit if you take any bonus there (rule 3.2).. That's crazy, and people who put money in there will never see any of them again. What a scam casino.
