you know what i feel your pain, I have king status and missed out on the free 25 on the first monday of each month.  Ever since the switch they have all been messed up to me as a player.  My girlfriend; who mind you doesn't even live at my house, but has her very own computer here, made an account at a grand prive from my house, then they locked my account, and hers. Sending me then an email stating they wanted verification from both of us, I said "ok that sounds alright".  So I sent in the documentation for me and my girlfriend, they send a email back stating, her information was incorrect, because her id was expired.  Unfortunately I do not have her new id, so i am a king there, she has never deposited, so she told them to close the account, they yet to reply.  All I can say is this is very unkingly of a way to treat a paying customer if you ask me.  Will keep you informed if they unlock my account, because never in there terms and conditions does it say you may only have one account per household, it says one account per player, so I don't know what the whole fuss is about.

Rustina, try to change your screen resolution that happened to me i could not even get in the casino, then for some reason i changed my screen resolution and now i can get in and play all the games. hope that helps
