  • I joined Ybets last week and made 6 or 7 deposits before winning a decent amount, $1040. 
    I made a withdrawal request via crypto (same as deposit method) and it has been sat pending now for 3 days and all you get from the staff is 'it's an a queue and we kindly as you to wait'. 
    $45 was returned to my account, I assume due to the maximum daily withdrawal being set at $1000, so it is evident that they have reviewed my withdrawal request, however 2 days later, still no further forward. It's really unreasonable to leave their players in the dark about any progress and it's already making me feel like it's not going to come. I have never known a crypto withdrawal on any casino take any more than a few minutes. Can you have a word with them and see if we can get some true answers?

  • It was the first withdrawal, however their main selling point is they are anonymous and KYC is not required. They since just kept telling me that the provider had requested a check on the win due to 'irregular play'. Returned the funds and I lost it all so have closed the account. There was no requirement to return the funds. If the provider is checking the win was legitimate, why would you return the funds in the meantime? They know exactly what they are doing, all tactical cause they are aware of a player logs in and sees $1000 ready to play with, they are likely to do so. Thank you for your response

  • I don't think you can really assist now. Like I said I've spent it. Think you should certainly reconsider promoting this casino though and advertising their offers. They are extremely poor
